IMPORTANT: YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE MEANS THAT YOU ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ARE LEGALLY BINDING. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM, YOU SHOULD EXIT THE SITE.
If you have any questions concerning these terms please contact Customer Services.
The terms and conditions set out below comprise the terms and conditions of use for any of the gaming/gambling services ("Gaming Services") provided in whatever form including grosvenorcasinos.com and meccabingo.com (the "Websites") and through whatever delivery mechanism offered. ANY REFERENCE TO "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" INCLUDES THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT BELOW AND ANY APPLICABLE SPECIFIC RULES AND THE HELP CENTRE. To the extent there is any inconsistency between these General Terms and Conditions and any of the Specific Rules, the Help Centre or the Privacy Policy or any document referred to herein, these General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
In the Terms and Conditions, Blue Square Gaming (Alderney) Limited is referred to as "Blue Square", "us", "we" or "our" and you are referred to as "you" or "your".
The Terms and Conditions constitute your agreement with us.
By using the Gaming Services, you agree to accept and be bound by the Terms and Conditions and establish an account with us and make payments to us in accordance with such terms and conditions. If you do not agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions, then please do not open an account with us.
We reserve the right to: (1) revise the Terms and Conditions; and (2) amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such revision or change will be effective immediately on its posting on the Websites, or on notification to you by email or by post (whichever occurs earlier). Use by you of the Gaming Services at any time following such posting or notification shall constitute your acceptance of such revisions or changes. Any revision or change can only be made in writing whether communicated electronically or by way of hard copy. No customer services operative has, for the avoidance of doubt, the power to amend the Terms and Conditions.
To change any of your account information or access the Gaming Services, you must use your security access details (i.e. username, account number and password) that you selected when you opened your account with us and/or any supplemental or amended security access details. You will safeguard such security access details from any unauthorised use. We will not be liable to you for any loss you suffer as a result of any unauthorised use or misuse of your security access details other than as a result of our gross negligence.
You can reconcile your financial transactions via the "Account History" section:
When you log on to your account, you can check for unauthorised access to your account via the last login time stamp displayed.
You may only make deposits and withdrawals into your account for the purpose of using the Gaming Services and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event that we suspect that you are using your account for other means. We may also be required by law or any relevant authority to report any such activity and to abide by that authority's directions in relation to the funds in your account.
You may deposit monies to an account with us by using any of the available payment methods against which you shall be able to use the Gaming Services.
Customers may register 3 payment methods at any one time. When you attempt to deposit, you will be given the option of depositing using a new payment method. You can deregister a payment method if you have no outstanding balance across all our Websites in respect of that particular payment method (and your net deposit for that payment method is zero or less).
Deposits from credit or debit cards will display on your statement as 'Mecca/Grosvenor'
You can make withdrawals from your account up to your current available balance by debit card, credit card, cheque or wire transfer (after taking into account all previous wagers) subject to the following conditions:
(a) Withdrawal by UK issued debit or credit cards: each withdrawal must be at least £10 (save in the case of a final withdrawal to close an account) and must be no greater than £15,000. Withdrawals may only be made to the debit or credit card you have registered to your account and deposited funds with.
(b) Withdrawal by a non-UK issued Mastercard (including some UK Mastercards) registered to your account must be processed by bank wire transfer and ID confirmation may be required.
(c) Withdrawal by wire transfer to UK bank account: each withdrawal must be at least £10, or other currency equivalent, (save in the case of a final withdrawal to close an account). We reserve the right to charge a reasonable processing fee for wire transfer withdrawals. A transfer will only be made to an account in your name and such account must not be at a branch located in any of the jurisdictions referred to at 16 below. Where you are requesting a wire transfer for the first time, we will require proof of identity to be provided. This withdrawal option will only be offered in certain circumstances and you may not withdraw funds by this method if we are able to return your withdrawal to your registered debit or credit card.
(d) In the case of Pre-Paid and non-UK Mastercards or Ukash, where a withdrawal option is not available, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable processing fee to return funds via bank wire transfer.
(e) Maximum withdrawals in any 24 hour period will be subject to such Visa regulations as may be stipulated by Visa from time to time.
(f) Maximum withdrawals per transaction via other third party payment processing websites (such as for Neteller & Money Bookers) may be subject to limits as stipulated by the relevant payment service provider from time to time.
(g) Customers are duly advised of the risks associated with segregation of duties for each brand that we operate. The following link looks at this particular risk. It is part of the AGCC player protection guidelines: www.gamblingcontrol.org/players.php.
Save where otherwise stated, withdrawals can be made free of charge.
Withdrawals to credit and debit cards will display as 'Refund Mecca/Grosvenor'.
If, as part of a promotional campaign or competition, we credit an amount to an account registered in your name, you can only use such amounts as wagers for playing on the Websites. You are not entitled to withdraw such amounts and we reserve the right to reclaim those amounts if you do not use them to wager on the relevant Website during the period specified in the promotion. We reserve the right to withhold free bets and withdraw promotional offers at any time.
To maintain a high level of security to protect your funds, we may perform random security checks on your account and keep records of transactions and wagers. We may demand additional documentation in the event of a security check and we may terminate and/or suspend your registration and/or account and/or withhold payment to you if we do not receive such documentation.
You agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency which may keep a record of that information.
If any of your personal account details or other financial information relevant to your account change, you must inform us immediately, as failure to do so may result in transactions being declined by your financial institution. This can be done in respect of certain account information by accessing the facility 'My Account'. We will not accept any liability or responsibility for transactions which are declined. Should your credit card be lost, stolen or re-issued, you are required to notify Blue Square immediately by sending an e-mail to Customer Support.
Subject to the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, when you close your account you will be entitled to the return of all cleared funds in it.
For the purposes of the Terms and Conditions, a "Dormant Account" shall mean any customer account which for a period of 24 months or more has not either (a) had funds deposited in it; or (b) had funds withdrawn from it; or (c) had a bet placed from it; or (d) had a bet settled from it. In respect of such Dormant Accounts, we reserve the right to charge on the last day of each month a processing handling fee of £2.50 per month (or the remaining balance should the Account balance be under £2.50) which will be deducted in arrears at any time within 10 working days of the subsequent month together with an annual handling fee of £10 per annum which will be due on 31st December of each calendar year. These charges shall be payable in respect of any Dormant Account until such time as the Account becomes active again or has a nil balance.
If your account has been deemed a Dormant Account (as defined above) and has subsequently been dormant for an additional twelve (12) calendar months, your account shall be deemed an "Abandoned Account" and closed, and the sum total of cash held in your account at the time of closure will be donated to charity.
Interest is not payable by us on account balances.
We reserve the right to make a charge directly on your account in respect of deposits or withdrawals which we believe have been made for purposes primarily associated with reasons other than gaming on the websites.
If we suspect you have made significant deposit(s) and withdrawal(s) to and from your account with us to obtain goods or services from a third party, such as Air Miles, whilst only placing minimal wagers in relation to the size of the deposit, we reserve the right to charge a 5% handling fee, to be deducted from the withdrawal to cover all bank charges etc associated with that deposit(s). We also reserve the right to withhold payment for up to 28 days in accordance with section 15 below (Right of Refusal).
We do not accept any liability for errors on any of the Websites or software or any other element of the Gaming Services including generation of random numbers, payout tables and bet settlement and we reserve the right to void all bets on any transactions affected by any such error. You undertake to notify us promptly of any error of which you become aware and not to take advantage of it. We reserve the right to recover from you any monies that you may receive as a result of gaining from any such error together with all costs and expenses incurred in doing so.
For payment fees please refer to the Payments section of the Help Centre.
Any bet placed by you is done solely on the exercise of your judgment and discretion. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, representation or advice from us (including any of our employees) in deciding to place a bet.
We reserve the right to refuse or limit the whole or part of any wager for any reason at our discretion. In any event you are not allowed to place a wager greater than the amount in credit in your account. We also reserve the right to set the maximum and minimum stake amounts and these will be updated in the Specific Rules accessible on the relevant Website. The maximum win from any wager on any Website will be capped at £250,000.
Please note that customer funds are not segregated from company funds and are not therefore protected.

You shall fulfil all commitments made on your account in the course of using the Gaming Services and be responsible for all communication from your account with us. You agree that if any other person uses the Gaming Services through your account, you shall (subject to us taking reasonable precautions against fraud and computer hacking) be bound by such use as if it were your own use, and you shall fully indemnify us in respect of any failure by such third party to fulfil any commitments made by such use.
We shall only honour transactions which we have actually received and wagering shall only be treated as received at the time that our systems actually receive them.
When using the Websites, it may be necessary for us to provide you with our own software and that provided by third parties ("Software").
You may be required to enter into end user terms and conditions of use in respect of such Software (a "Software Agreement") in order to make use of such Software. Under no circumstances shall you interfere with, copy, modify or reverse engineer any Software provided to you by us and/or any third party or attempt to do so, except as permitted by law.
In case of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any Software Agreement, these terms and conditions will prevail.

i) you are found or suspected to be participating in any form of collusion or fraudulent practice;

iii) we become aware that you have requested a charge-back or have denied any of the transactions made on your account;
iv) you become bankrupt or have equivalent proceedings occurring anywhere in the world; or
v) you have more than one account at any one time; or
vi) you are using our software and/or system in a manner which we deem inappropriate
If we become aware or suspect that a transaction is suspicious and involves or may involve financial crime or similar activity then we reserve the right to retain the amount of that transaction and any other transaction made by you. In addition, we reserve the right to retain any funds related to that activity and the balance on the accounts in question. We shall be under no obligation to provide you with any reasons for so doing. If the activity and transactions are cleared of any suspicions all retained funds will be again available to the player.
Where we suspect that you are participating in any form of collusion or fraudulent practice we reserve the right to report such activity or suspicions to the police, relevant authorities, other online gaming or gambling operators, other online service providers and banks, credit card companies, electronic payment providers or other financial institutions including details of your identity and you agree to cooperate fully with us to investigate any such activity.

However nothing in this Agreement shall exclude our liability which we may have in respect of fraud or death or personal injury arising from our negligence.
You shall indemnify, and hold us harmless on demand (and keep us so indemnified or held harmless) against any claim brought against us by a third party resulting from or in connection with your use of the Gaming Services or any of the Websites or any other delivery mechanism in any way and your use of our server and in respect of all losses, costs, actions, proceedings, claims, damages, expenses (including legal costs and expenses) or liabilities whatsoever suffered and howsoever incurred by us in consequence of or relating to your non-observance or breach of this Agreement or from the services provided.
You warrant that the information you provide to us to register (and during your use of the Gaming Services) is, to the best of your knowledge and belief, accurate and complete, and that any future changes to this information will be provided to us in a timely manner. We shall not be obliged to provide you with any reasons for so doing and shall not be liable to you in any way for any loss or damages that may result from any such action. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refund to you or withhold any payment of monies from or into your account if there is manipulation of our financial system or suspicion or evidence thereof or a breach or suspected breach of any applicable law, regulation or any of these terms and conditions, in each case without providing any reason.
Use of any account otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions or any other abuse of any account is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to withhold and/or withdraw any promotional offers (including free bets or tokens) at any time.
We reserve the right to withdraw your use of any of the Gaming Services at any time, subject to fulfilment of any outstanding commitments under these terms and conditions.
