How do I make a deposit to my account?
In order to make a deposit you must first download the Grosvenor Casino software. For complete step-by-step instructions on downloading and installing Grosvenor Casino, go to the Getting Started section. You then need to open your real money account. After you receive your real-money username and password, you are ready to make a deposit into your Grosvenor Casino account.
- Start the Grosvenor Casino program, and select the "Real money mode" option
- Enter your real username and password in the Login window.
- Select "Cashier" from the top-right hand corner of the lobby followed by pressing the "Deposit" button.
- Select deposit method.
Depositing on your Maestro Card
We have received feedback that some customers using Maestro Cards are having difficulties with making deposits. This may be due to the additional step introduced by Mastercard SecureCode to all online retailers to protect you the customer.
It's a very simple service and makes sure all your transactions are definitely made by you but if you haven't used it before all you need is to set up a password (don't worry it can all be done as you deposit). We have put together a set by step guide on how to use it:
1) Click on the Deposit button in the my account section of the site and decide how much you want to deposit.
2) Once you have clicked on the deposit button you will be transferred to a secure window hosted by your bank. If you have used the service before all you need to do is enter your chosen SecureCode then the transaction can proceed. If you are new to the service you will be asked to set up a new private SecureCode that you can use for all further internet transactions on that card, (you will need to enter some card details at this stage to confirm you are the card owner).
3) Once your bank is happy that they have identified you, you will be transferred back to the my account section and your deposit will be complete.
4) If you don't want to use the MasterCard SecureCode service please contact our 24 hour customer support team and we can change your payment method.
How long does it take to process my deposit?

What is the "pending withdraws" screen?
Once you make a withdrawal, your withdraw request is pending to be processed by our financial department. By entering the "Pending Withdraws" screen in the "Withdraw" section in the cashier you can view all your Withdraw requests that are waiting to be processed.Withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 hours of making the request.
