NEWCASTLE CASINO SALUTES ARMY HEROES IN FUNDRAISER
On Friday 24th April 2009 from 7.30pm, the Grosvenor Casino Newcastle will be hosting a fun-filled evening to raise money for the Army Benevolent Fund.
Tickets can be bought in advance for £10 per person or on the door priced at £15 per person, which includes a hot buffet, drinks reception, table tuition and a free play on the Spin the Wheel and Play Your Cards Right game. Fanfare trumpeters will officially open the event, followed by live entertainment from a Girls Aloud tribute band. A well-known hero from the football World Cup will also be making a guest appearance on the night!
All ticket proceeds, along with money raised through an auction and Roulette League, will be donated to the Army Benevolent Fund, which supports serving soldiers, former soldiers and their families in times of need.
Phil Tait, General Manager of the Grosvenor Casino Newcastle said: “We wanted to do something to raise money for the important cause the Army Benevolent Fund supports whilst also offering people a great night out that won’t break the bank. We hope as many people as possible will come on the night.”
