Feeling the fidget factor if you're trying to give up smoking following the total UK smoking ban on 1st July? Well you're not alone as research today shows that 600,000 of quitters are suffering from Repetitive Smoking Injury (RSI) reporting symptoms such as pins and needles in their elbows, loss of grip strength and pain in their wrists and hands.
With another 48% of quitters finding it difficult to keep their hands busy, Grosvenor Casinos has recruited, Bristol-based, chartered physiotherapist John Stephenson to develop a set of Fingerobics exercises to help smokers keep their hands busy and in the prime of health. CLICK HERE to try them out and alleviate yourself of RSI.
Fingerobics guides will be available for free at all 33 Grosvenor Casinos and trial Fingerobics classes will also take place at select casinos.
