Table bet

  • Take your Play Points card to the cashier.
  • Ask for a Free Bet voucher up to the value of £5.
  • The cashier deducts 450 points from your card for every pound of your bet.
  • You sign the voucher.
  • The cashier retains half.
  • You take your half and use it on the table.

Poker

  • Take your Play Points card to the cashier.
  • Ask the cashier for either a Poker Cash Game or Tournament voucher.
  • Decide how many points you want to redeem.
    • Cash Game Session Charges: 100 points equals £1.
    • Tournament Fees: 200 points equals £1.
  • You sign the voucher.
  • The cashier retains half.
  • You can use your voucher when you enter a tournament or pay your session charge.

Machines Bet

  • Take your Play Points card to the cashier.
  • Ask the cashier for a Machines voucher up to the value of £5.
  • The cashier will deduct 450 points for each £1 bet.
  • You sign the voucher.
  • The cashier retains half.
  • When you are ready to play take your half to the cash desk
  • They will exchange it for a ticket to play the machines
 
  • Customers must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
  • Membership of Play Points the Grosvenor & G Casinos Loyalty Programme (the "Programme") is free.
  • Employees of Grosvenor & G Casino/Grosvenor Casinos are not eligible for the Programme.
  • Only one membership of the loyalty Programme per person is permitted.
  • Membership of the Programme is for individuals only.
  • Grosvenor & G Casinos reserves the right to deny or withdraw any participation in the Programme or a customers' application.
  • Membership and benefits are not transferable.
  • It is a customer's responsibility to notify Grosvenor & G Casinos of any changes to their details, including, but not limited to, their change of name and address.
  • All benefits and rewards are subject to availability.
  • The benefits of the Programme are intended for the use of the person listed on the account.
  • Cards may be used to track, play and accumulate points by the account member only.
  • Points can only be earned and redeemed at Grosvenor & G Casinos where the Programme is operating.
  • Points can be earned for all tracked slot/electronic machines, Roulette and card tables, restaurant and bar.
  • In the event of death this will result in cancellation of the Programme membership and forfeiture of the available points balance.
  • In the event of bankruptcy this will result in cancellation of the Programme membership. Any outstanding points must be redeemed immediately.
  • Grosvenor & G Casinos reserve the right to modify or cancel this Programme at any time, for any reason.
  • Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, including through a government programme, by their own request, or those excluded by Grosvenor or G Casinos, are not eligible.
  • Customers who become excluded through a government programme, by their own request, or are excluded by Grosvenor or G Casinos could have their Programme membership and available points balance cancelled.
  • All decisions regarding these terms and conditions lie solely with Grosvenor & G Casinos, whose decisions are final and binding.
  • By participating in this Programme, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
 Earning
  • Points are awarded subject to system availability.
  • Customers must produce their card at time of visit to earn points.
  • Points are valid for a maximum period of 12 months from the date that they are awarded.
  • To earn points for electronic gaming the card must be placed in the machine.
  • It is the customers' responsibility to ensure the card is inserted properly in the machine.
  • Customers must play a machine to earn points (cashing in and out will not award points).
  • Expired points cannot be reclaimed at any time.
  • Customers who opt out of the scheme forfeit all their available points.
  • Any opted out customers who rejoin the scheme will not be able to reinstate any past accrued points at the time of opt out.
  • No points will be earned on any reward transaction (i.e. totally paid with points).
  • Customers can earn points at the Roulette and card tables by handing their card to the dealer when joining the game.
  • While Grosvenor and G Casinos will use all reasonable efforts to track a customer's average bet and length of play customers, as a condition of taking part in the Programme, agree that points are awarded based on the personal observation of Grosvenor and G Casinos staff which may be subject to error.
  • Should there be a dispute, Grosvenor's or G Casino's decision will be final and binding in respect of discrepancies.
  • Customers can only have one active card in play at any one time.
  • Points cannot be added retrospectively.
  • Grosvenor & G Casinos reserve the right to adjust an account due to computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud or other misuse of the card.
  • Sweepstake points will automatically be credited to a customer's account.
 Redemption
  • All rewards and points cannot be exchanged or transferred for cash.
  • Any rewards that are redeemed and are subsequently lost are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Grosvenor and G Casinos cannot be held responsible for third party products or services.
  • Play Points vouchers can only be exchanged for the points redemption specified.
  • Play Points vouchers are valid only for the customer specified on the relevant voucher.
  • Should a Play Points voucher become defaced or lost it cannot be replaced.
  • Play Points vouchers are valid for one month from date of issue.
  • Slots vouchers are eligible for play on any slots or Electronic Roulette machine.
  • Play Points vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Photocopies of vouchers will not be accepted.
  • Use of Play Points vouchers is subject to availability.
  • The management reserve the right to change Play Points redemptions at any time.
