Cash desk bonus Terms and Conditions

 

  1. The Grosvenor Casinos “Cash desk bonus” promotion (“the Promotion”) is only open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
  2. In order to qualify, customers must transfer a minimum of £50to their digital account in the cash desk.
  3. Customers will receive 20% of the amount transferred to their digital account as a bonus.
  4. Bonuses will be credited as a non-withdrawable bonus with thirty times (30x) wager requirements. The Promoter will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner however, should any difficulty occur –technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay or postpone the accreditation.
  5. Minimum bonus amount will be £10
  6. Maximum bonus amount will be £500
  7. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.
  8. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash andBonus balances.
  9. Customers have 3days from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
  10. Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permittedto withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.

  12. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
  15. A maximum of 1 offer is available per player per day.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
  17. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
  18. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

  20. The Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
