1. The‘Welcome Bonus’ offer is open to all new Grosvenor Casinos customers that make an eligible first deposit online.
2. By claiming this offer, you will no longer be eligible for any other welcome offer.
3. In order to qualify, customers need to make their first deposit of minimum £20 to receive a £20 casino games bonus and eligibility to claim a further £10 specific game bonus*.
4. The minimum eligible deposit is £20.
5. The £20 bonus can be spent on any casino game.

7. To receive the £10 bonus, customers must claim the chosen bonus on the Promotion’s page.
8. By claiming one of the two bonuses, the other one will become automatically invalid.
9. The £20 deposit bonus will be credited as a non-withdrawable bonus with five times (5x) wager requirements.
10. The £10 bonus will be credited as a non-withdrawable bonus with ten times (10x) wager requirements.
11. To withdraw the £20 deposit bonus and associated winnings, players must wager a total of five (5) times the bonus amount, e.g. £20 x = £100.

13. Only one welcome offer per player, household and IP address is permitted.

16. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.
17. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.
18. Customers have 30 days from the moment the £20 deposit bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
19. Customers have 7 days from the moment the £10 bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
20. Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
21. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.

30. There is no cash or other alternative to the stated or awarded prizes in whole or in part. The prizes are not transferable.

33. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
34. Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.
35. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
36. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
37. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

39. The Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
