Horse Racing betting odds

The horse racing season is always packed with many highlights including The Grand National, Royal Ascot, Glorious Goodwood, and the Cheltenham Festival – and that’s just in the UK. At Grosvenor Sport, horse racing betting is made simple courtesy of our industry-leading website.

With our in-depth listings, you can browse through upcoming meetings – whether it’s today, tomorrow, or in the future – to bet on horse racing and plan the perfect punt. Check the form, check the weight, and if you fancy a flutter, we endeavour to provide the best horse racing odds right here on our online sports betting site.

Starting Price (SP) – The odds that are on a runner before the race begins. SP Bets are returned if the horse withdraws from a race, except for ante-post bets.

NAP Of The Day – NAP is the best bet of the day.

Next Best (NB) – While NAP stands for the best bet of the day, NB will show the second-best bet.

Win – You back a horse for a win.

Each Way – This is essentially two bets in one. Each Way means you bet on the horse to win and earn a place. The win is paid as the displayed win-odds. The Place pays as a fraction of the win odds.

Grosvenor’s Pro Tip: When picking bets, our bet calculator gives you details on the stakes you’ve selected, the total amount, and the potential win amount.

New to Horse Betting? Start small.

This tip says it all! If you’re new, you might want to start small on your bets. You will likely miss on some details and lose some races before you get the hang of it. Betting small will let you minimise your loses.

Set A Budget

Whether you’re new or a seasoned pro at placing bets on horse racing, setting a budget lets you be in control of your bets. Plus, it prevents you from spending more than you should.

You Don’t Need To Bet On Everything

There are many races to choose from - you don’t need to wager on all of them! Check the details of each race carefully, and bet on the ones that you’re confident with. Selective bets go a long way.

Keep An Eye On The Races

Stay up to date with key statistics and the latest horse racing results. Watching races gives you the kind of insight that you won’t get from any of the guides. This will help you develop your insight when making your selections!

Online Betting

We won’t say that betting online is better than the traditional betting styles. Yet, betting online does come with some advantages. You can compare odds more easily, and wager on different major sporting events at the same time. Our online casino offers all the relevant details so that players can make the most of their betting experience.
