1. These terms relate to the Grosvenor Casinos “Coin Flip” promotion (“the Promotion”).
2. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
3. This Promotion is only available on the Website and therefore access to the internet is required to enter the Promotion and to claim a prize.
4. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these specific promotional Terms and Conditions and to our standard terms and conditions.
5. The promotion will run from 00:00 UK time on Monday 20 November 2023 until 21 January 2024 (the “Promotional Period”).

Eligible players

6. Eligible players must be:

1. Aged 18 years or over at the time of entry

3. Able to view this promotion in the “Promos” section of their account

Overall Mechanics

7. Each Eligible Player is entitled to flip the coin once per day during the Promotional Period.

1. The player will be presented with a coin
2. The player will need to click “Flip Coin” to start the game
3. The player will need to guess if the coin will land on “Heads” or “Tails”
4. If the player guesses right, they will win a prize
5. If the player doesn't guess right, they won’t win anything
   
   

8. Players who have guessed correctly will have a chance to win one of the following prizes daily:

Claiming a prize

11. Once won, prizes must be claimed in the Winning Pop-Up message by clicking “ACCEPT”, prizes are then allocated to your account accordingly.
12. By clicking “ACCEPT” you acknowledge and agree that you are accepting the prize in accordance with the terms and conditions.
13. All prize types must be claimed by 23:59 on the same day.

Weekly Poker Freeroll ticket Terms and Conditions

14. IMPORTANT: To register for the Poker Free Roll you must create a Poker Alias at least 12 hours prior to the start date/time of the Freeroll tournament
15. The Poker Freeroll will take place on the following Tuesday at 20:00 UK Time.
16. The Poker Freeroll will have a £500 prize pool.
17. To be eligible for a part of the Poker Freeroll Prize pool you will need to register and play in the allocated free roll.
18. Customers will receive an official invitation and additional instructions via email by Midday on the same day the Poker Freeroll is taking place.
19. Communication preferences can be updated at any time – changes take up to 24 hours to take effect.
20. The maximum amount of entries customers can claim for the Poker Freeroll per week is 1 entry.
21. It is possible to receive more than 1 Poker Freeroll ticket in any 1-week period, where this occurs, an alternative prize will not be allocated.

General terms and Conditions

22. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
23. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, Grosvenor Casinos may refuse to process the claim.
24. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include, but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “Parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
25. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
26. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, Grosvenor Casinos may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.  
27. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus/prize forfeited. 
28. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, this may affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or are wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions 
29.  Grosvenor Casinos is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered.
