Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of this “Episode 3 – €100,000 GTD Sunday Supreme” promotion (the “Promotion”) is Grosvenor Casinos Ltd
2. Some “E3” main events may replace similar regular network tournaments on the date of each main event.
3. Satellites will award tickets which can only be used in Episode 3 – Sunday Supreme related tournaments (“E3” Flighted KO Events) whilst the Promotion is in progress. After the Promotion they will be linked to all tournaments.
4. To participate in the missions, players must opt in once per mission for the duration of the Mission Qualification Periods, as defined below via the poker software.
5. Mission Qualifying Periods:

• “Early Bird” & “Early Hunter” Mission Qualification Period: 20/03/2023 00:00 GMT – 26/03/2023 23:59 GMT
• “Alpha Predator” Mission Qualification Period: 20/03/2023 00:00 GMT – 03/04/2023 06:00 GMT
• “Step by Step” Mission Qualification Period: 20/03/2023 00:00 GMT – 02/04/2023 19:36 GMT
• “Take Three” Mission Qualification Period: 20/03/2023 00:00 GMT – 02/04/2023 19:49 GMT

6. Maximum amount of “E3:€1K Early Hunter Freeroll” entry tickets issued for completing the “Early Bird “and “Early Hunter” Mission: 1 per mission per player during the Mission Qualification Period.
7. Maximum amount of “E3:€1,000 Mission Freeroll” entry tickets issued for completing the “Alpha Predator”, “Step by Step” and “Take Three” Mission: 1 per mission per player during the mission Qualification Period.
8. “E3: Sunday Supreme €50 Ticket”, “E3:€1K Early Hunter Freeroll” and “E3:€1,000 Mission Freeroll ”entry tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
9. Minimum required players for the “E3:€1K Early Hunter Freeroll” to start is 9.
10. Minimum required players for the “E3:€1,000 Mission Freeroll” to start is 17.
11. If the minimum required players are not reached, the freeroll is cancelled.
12. The “E3:€1K Early Hunter Freeroll” and “E3:€1,000 Mission Freeroll” tournaments will be capped at 3,000 maximum entrants.
13. “E3: Sunday Supreme €50 Ticket” tickets can only be used to enter “E3” tournaments during the promotion duration and expire 2 months after having been issued. After the Episode 3 – €100,000 GTD Sunday Supreme promotion  they will be linked to all tournaments until expired as stated above.
14. “E3:€1K Early Hunter Freeroll” entry tickets expire on 28/03/2023.
15. “E3:€1,000 Mission Freeroll” entry tickets expire on 04/04/2023.
16. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Operator will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. Operator will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
17. To be able to play at Grosvenor Poker it is necessary to be 18+ and not be prohibited from participating in gaming activities for any reason.
18. Operator and/or any third party providing services to Operator in connection with this Promotion (the “Third Party”), reserve the right to exclude players that participate in the Promotion with multiple accounts.
19. Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to disqualify players if they reasonably suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies takes place. Players must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions. Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to withhold any prize won by anyone whom Operator is aware or have reasonable grounds to believe is ineligible.
20. Employees, any family members of employees, of Operator and/or Operator’s Group (as defined below), and/or their agents, may not take part in this Promotion.
21. Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these terms: (i) without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (ii) for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change, provided that such change or amendment shall not have a detrimental effect on players that have already participated in missions pursuant to this Promotion.
22. These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, England.
23. These terms & conditions are additional to the standard terms & conditions for the participating website, and by participating in this Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

“Operator’s Group” means, in respect of the Operator, its ultimate parent company, together with every direct or indirect, subsidiaries and affiliated companies of that ultimate parent company, and their respective successors and assigns
