  • Points can be earned at any cash game table, excluding heads up and private tables.

  • The promoter of these €12,500 Cash Game Races (the “Promotion”) is [Grosvenor Casinos Ltd]
  • To participate in this Promotion, players must opt in via the poker software once during the Promotion Period.
  • Promotion Start Date: Friday 1st October 2021
  • Promotion end date: Monthly until further notice.
  • Qualification Periods each month:
  • Race #1: 1st of each month 2021 at 00:01 UK time – 15th of each month at 23:59 UK time
  • Race #2: 16th of each month at 00:01 UK time – Last day of the month at 23:59 UK time
  • The promotion will count the sessions by end time of each session
  • The promotion will include play at € cash game tables.
  • Private cash tables and Heads Up cash tables will be excluded from the promotion.
  • The player who reached the points first during the Qualifying Period will be ranked at the higher position.
  • Cash prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • To be able to play at Grosvenor Poker it is necessary to be 18+ and not be prohibited from participating in gaming activities for any reason.
  • Employees, any family members of employees, of Grosvenor Casinos Ltd and/or Grosvenor Casinos Ltd’s Group, and/or their agents, may not take part in this Promotion.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, England.
  • These terms & conditions are additional to the standard terms & conditions for the participating website, and by participating in this Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time but will only do so in exceptional circumstances and will make every reasonable effort to minimize the impact on customers. 
  • Grosvenor Poker reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws.
  • To fulfil its regulatory obligations, the Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
