  4. This Promotion is only available on the Website and therefore access to the internet is required to enter the Promotion and to claim a prize.
  5. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these specific promotional Terms and Conditions and to our standard GrosvenorCasinos.com terms and conditions.
  6. The promotion will run from Thursday 14th December 2023 at 00:00 and finishes on Thursday 07th January 2024 at 23:59 UK Time (the “Promotional Period”). 


Eligible Players

  1. Eligible players must be:
    1. Aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
    2. A new or existing player with Grosvenorcasinos.com
    3. Able to view this promotion in the “Promos” section of their account.

 
Promo Mechanics

  1. Players will need to complete the survey, so that they will be entered into a prize draw.
  2. Eligible players will get the chance to win one of 5 £20 prizes of cash.
  3. 5 prize winners in total for each survey and a total prize pot of £100 per survey.
  4. Crediting will be done once the promotion will be over.
  5. The Promoter will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner, however, should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay or postpone the accreditation, with a maximum timeframe of 72 hours.


General Terms and Conditions

  1. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
  2. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, Grosvenor Casinos may refuse to process the claim.
  3. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include, but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “Parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
  4. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
  5. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, Grosvenor Casinos may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
  6. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus/prize forfeited.
  7. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, this may affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or are wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions
  8. Grosvenor Casinos is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered.
