Face Masks for Customers & Teams

All our customers and team members are required wear a face mask when in the casino unless eating or drinking. We appreciate that this isn’t possible for everyone, so please be considerate of each other.

COVID PASSPORTS

Covid Passports are not required to visit our casinos in England

ID checks for everyone on entry

All our customers are required to provide ID or their Grosvenor Casinos membership card on entry to the casino, and to check in on the NHS Track & Trace

Hand sanitiser stations throughout

Everyone is used to this now and our casinos are no exception. You’ll find sanitiser stations around the casino, please help yourself and remember to wash your hands regularly.

Social distancing

From 26th December in Wales, 2m social distancing will return to our casinos & there will be capacity limits applied at our gaming tables.

From 27th December in Scotland, 1m social distancing will return to our casinos & there will be capacity limits applied at our gaming tables.

Optional hygiene screens between players

In England, using hygiene screens on gaming tables will be up to you. If you would like to use one, just ask a team member who will be happy to help. They will however remain in position on slots and ER. Screens will remain in place at reception, cash desk and till points.

In Scotland & Wales, we are reintroducing some hygiene screens, please contact your local casino for details.

Our enhanced cleaning processes will continue, and the hand gel will remain for everyone to use.

Contactless payment options 

Don’t want to use cash?  No problem… you can use your membership card to create an online wallet where you can transfer funds to your card to play.  Click here to set one up. We also accept debit cards, Apple Pay or TiTo tickets.

You can still eat and drink in the Casinos

In casinos in England, you can order using our online food and drinks website at casinofood.menu or simply ask a team member.

From 26th December in Wales & 27th December in Scotland, all food and drinks will be table service only until further notice. You can order online at casinofood.menu or ask a Team Member. To book a table click here

Disposable/single use menus

We have introduced single use menus that are disposed of after each use for both drinks and food. You can also check out our full menu by visiting casinofood.menu when you are in the casino.
