Use your online tickets to play live events!
On the day before any GUKPT, 25/25, 25/50, Deepstack or National Poker League event starts, we will send a list of online ticket holders to the Casino registration desk.
To use your live event credit please go to the registration desk and let them know you have an online ticket you wish to use. We will then register you to the event of your choice using the online ticket towards the buy-in.
Should you use a ticket LOWER in value than the tournament buy-in you will be asked to pay the difference in cash or by card at the registration desk.
If you use a ticket HIGHER in value than the tournament buy-in you will get issued a Live Tournament Voucher which will be held in the balance of your LIVE Grosvenor account for you to use at live events, this balance cannot be used online.
The following ONLINE tickets can be used to enter selected live tournaments (no other online tickets can be used).
