WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

We know that things have been very different lately, but we have updated our processes in line with government guidance and legislation. Let’s walk you through the steps we’ve taken and what you can expect on your next visit:

ID checks for everyone on entry

All our customers are required to provide ID or their Grosvenor Casinos membership card on entry to the casino, and to check in on the NHS Track & Trace

Tick Icon

Limited table & venue capacity

In England & Wales we have lifted the limits on how many people can be in the casino and the number of players at the gaming tables inline with government guidance. Please note that guidance in Scotland may differ, please check locally for details.

Tick Icon

PPE for teams and customers

In England, customers and team members are no longer legally required to wear face coverings, however if they feel more comfortable wearing them, then they are welcome to do so, particularly in more crowded areas. Customers and team members are also asked to respect the choices that others may make in the wearing of these. Face coverings/masks are still required to be worn in Scotland & Wales.

Tick Icon

Hand sanitiser stations throughout

Everyone is used to this now and our casinos are no exception. You’ll find sanitiser stations around the casino, please help yourself and remember to wash your hands regularly.

Tick Icon

Optional hygiene screens between players

In England & Wales, using hygiene screens on gaming tables will be up to you. If you would like to use one, just ask a team member who will be happy to help. They will however remain in position on slots and ER. Screens will remain in place at reception, cash desk and till points.  Please note that guidance in Scotland may differ, please check locally for details.

Frequent & rigorous cleaning procedures

Our enhanced cleaning processes will continue, and the hand gel will remain for everyone to use.

You can still eat and drink in the Casinos

You can order using our online food and drinks website at casinofood.menu or simply ask a team member.

Tick Icon

Disposable/single use menus

We have introduced single use menus that are disposed of after each use for both drinks and food. You can also check out our full menu by visiting casinofood.menu when you are in the casino.

But don’t just take our word for it. We asked the experts what they thought…

We wanted to make sure that we were providing the safest gaming and dining experience possible for our customers and team, so we asked the experts at Food Alert what they thought of our preparations:

“Digital systems such as card entry for members means that queues at reception move quickly and again security staff monitor the external queue …”

“Enhanced hygiene measures have been implemented such as disinfection of frequently touched surfaces. Hand sanitiser is readily available at key points with a requirement to use it.”

“Excellent cleaning arrangements are in place and this was seen in the audits”

“Air handling units achieve 100% fresh air only and 5 air circulation changes per hour.”

Changes to Safety Measures

We may need to make changes to our procedures, in line with government guidance/legislation at short notice.
