Full Terms and Conditions: 
The Road to Vegas is a promotion in which customers can collect a free Prize Draw entry ticket for every Buy-in to a poker tournament or 2 aggregate hours of play in a cash game, Monday – Sunday, from 10 March – 1 June 2025.  Prize draws will be conducted by Birmingham Hill Street on the First Sunday of April, May and June. April and May’s Prize Draws will consist of two winners and June’s Prize Draw will consist of six winners, each receiving a Vegas Package worth £5,000. 

Road To Vegas Prize Draws
1.    This promotion is available at Grosvenor Casino Birmingham Hill Street only
2.    The promotional period for the Road To Vegas (“Promotional Period”) is between 12:00 on 10/03/2025 until 22:00 on 01/06/2025 inclusive. The Promotional Period will be split into three separate Promotional months:
-    Promotional Month 1: 10/03/2025 – 06/04/2025 
-    Promotional Month 2: 07/04/2025 – 04/05/2025
-    Promotional Month 3: 05/05/2025 – 01/06/2025
3.    Each customer is entitled to one Prize Draw entry per Tournament Buy-In or 2 aggregate hours played in a cash game. 
4.    Customers can only claim a maximum of 2 entries in a 24-hour period by buying-in to a tournament and playing 2 aggregate hours in a cash game.
5.    Prize Draw entries cannot be carried over from one Promotional Month to another Promotional Month.
6.    Prize Draw entries can be collected until 24-hour before the time of the draw
7.    Prize Draw entries are only valid at the issuing casino.
8.    Winners will have the option to claim a partial cash alternative instead of the £5,000 Vegas package. This partial cash alternative will be for the value of £3,000. 
9.    Prizes are not transferable.
10.    Unless otherwise stated in venue, the Prize Draws will take place on the following dates and times: 
-    Promotional Month 1: Sunday 06 April 2025 at 10pm
-    Promotional Month 2: Sunday 04 May 2025 at 10pm
-    Promotional Month 3: Sunday 01 June 2025 at 10pm    
11.    Customers may only win one single prize per Prize Draw.
12.    In the event a customer who has already won a prize is drawn again, then the Prize Draw entry will be returned, and the winner will be redrawn.
13.    The promotion will be funded by deducting 5% from all tournament prize pools and £1 from every cash game pot.
14.    There will be a 10% admin fee taken from all promotional takings.
15.    Each promotional Month will award the following number of Vegas Packages: 
-    Promotional Month 1: 2x £5,000 Vegas Packages
-    Promotional Month 2: 2x £5,000 Vegas Packages
-    Promotional Month 3: 6x £5,000 Vegas Packages

16.    All winners must be present at the time of each individual draw to be eligible and make themselves known to management.  If the customer is not present, the prize draw entry will be invalid, and another ticket draw to determine the winner.

Holiday Prize Details

The Holiday Prize is a trip to Las Vegas up to a value of £5,000.
17.    The value will include flights up to the value of £1,500 from London Heathrow to Las Vegas and seven nights' Accommodation in Paris Hotel and Casino Las Vegas between 27 June – 4 July 2025. Up to £1,000 cash will be provided for cash expenses. One $1,000 Entry into the WSOP Main Event on 29 or 30 June will also be provided. Any other shortfall not used or booked will not be returned as cash.
18.    The dates of the 7 nights’ accommodation in Paris Hotel and Casino Las Vegas are fixed to 27 June – 4 July 2025 and cannot be changed. Flights must be booked through Main Event Travel and once booked, any changes to flights will be at the discretion of Main Event Travel. 
19.    The Holiday Prize does not include travel insurance, the cost of travel documents, the cost of food and drink (unless otherwise stated), tax, currency conversion fees or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to these set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
20.    The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and any person travelling with them are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents for the holiday in question on the travel dates.
21.    Anyone travelling with the winner as part of the Holiday Prize must be aged 18 or over. The Holiday prize will be fulfilled by Main Event Travel on Grosvenor Casino’s behalf
22.    The flights to Las Vegas needs to be booked within two weeks of accepting the Holiday Prize.
23.    If you or anyone joining you on the trip lose any part of the Holiday Prize (for example a ticket) we will not provide a replacement. 
24.    We will not be liable to you for any element of the holiday or any consequences of you winning, booking or going on it.
25.    We will not be responsible for any missed transport, or for any injury or illness before, during or after the trip. We are also not responsible for any loss or theft throughout the trip, such as lost luggage or theft from a hotel room.

General Rules

26.    Each Prize Draw entry is offered subject to availability, legal restrictions and at the discretion of management and is available to over 18s only. 
27.    Customers who are Self-Excluded or Barred from the club are not eligible to enter the competition.
28.    Photocopied, altered, or defaced Prize Draw entries will not be accepted. We may treat as void any card you present if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are in breach of these terms and conditions or your participation is fraudulent, unlawful or you have otherwise engaged in behaviour which is contrary to the spirit of the rules or the intention of this promotion. 
29.    Use of the Prize Draw entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.  
30.    The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. 
31.    The Promoter reserves the right to alter or withdraw the promotion at any time and without notice. 
32.    This promotion is also subject to Grosvenor Casinos General Terms and Conditions.
