The promoter of this Card Collector promotion (the “Promotion”) is Grosvenor Casinos Ltd (“The Operator”)
1.To participate in this Promotion, players must opt in via the poker software on a daily basis during the Promotion Period.
2.Mission qualifying period: 01/09/2022 00:00 GMT – 26/09/2022 23:59 GMT (the “Promotion Period”), daily 00:00 GMT –23:59 GMT.
3.Complete Cash or Twister games (the “Daily Missions”), to get your chance to win a random reward and unlock puzzles. Daily Missions can be completed on Twister tables (€5 Minimum buy-in) and the following cash game tables: No Limit Texas Hold’em: €0.05/0.10 minimum blinds. Heads up tables excluded.
4.Every day during the Promotion Period a new puzzle board will show in your web missions tab.
5.When you win a hand with hole cards that match a card in your puzzle, you will collect that puzzle piece.
6.Only winning hands, pre- or post-flop, will be matched towards your puzzle pieces. If you lose the hand, it will not count, and you will not collect the piece.
7.You can complete up to four (4) puzzles per day and will win rewards based on the difficulty
8.Maximum two (2) rewards per Daily Mission per player. There are maximum five (5) rewards per day per player during the Promotion Period.
9.The prize wheel / scratch cards are available from 01/09/2022 00:00 GMT – 04/10/2022 00:00 GMT.
10.Spins on the prize wheel / scratch cards expire 7 days after having been issued.
11.Spins / scratch cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
12.If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Operator will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. Operator will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
13.To be able to play at Grosvenorpoker.com it is necessary to be 18+ and not be prohibited from participating in gaming activities for any reason.
14.Grosvenorpoker.com and/or any third party providing services to Operator in connection with this Promotion (the “Third Party”), reserve the right to exclude players that participate in the Promotion with multiple accounts.
15.Grosvenorpoker.com and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to disqualify players if they reasonably suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies takes place. Players must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions. Grosvenorpoker.com and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to withhold any prize won by anyone whom Grosvenorpoker.com is aware or have reasonable grounds to believe is ineligible.
16.Employees, any family members of employees, of Grosvenorpoker.com and/or Grosvenorpoker.com’s Group (as defined below), and/or their agents, may not take part in this Promotion.
17.Grosvenorpoker.com and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these terms: (i) without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (ii) for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change, provided that such change or amendment shall not have a detrimental effect on players that have already participated in missions pursuant to this Promotion.
18.These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, England.
19.These terms & conditions are additional to the standard terms & conditions for the participating website, and by participating in this Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
20. “Grosvenorpoker.com’s Group” means, in respect of the Operator, its ultimate parent company, together with every direct or indirect, subsidiaries and affiliated companies of that ultimate parent company, and their respective successors and assigns
