The promoter of this €2,500,000 GTD iPoker Winter Festival promotion (the “Promotion”) is Grosvenor Casinos Ltd

Some “GPF #” main events may replace similar regular network tournaments on the date of each main event.
Satellites will award tickets which can only be used in Grosvenor Poker Festival related tournaments whilst the promotion is in progress. After the Promotion they will be linked to all tournaments.
To participate in the missions, players must opt in once per mission for the duration of the mission

Qualification Periods via the poker software.

Mission Qualifying Periods:
Status Points Mission: 29/11/2021 00:00 GMT – 11/12/2021 23:59 GMT.
Play Satellites Mission: 29/11/2021 00:00 GMT – 12/12/2021 23:59 GMT.
Play GPF & Knock out Missions: 03/12/2021 00:00 GMT – 12/12/2021 23:59 GMT.
Maximum amount of “€1,000 Festival Freeroll” entry tickets issued for completing the satellite, Play GPF and knock out mission: 1 per mission per player during the mission Qualification Period.
Maximum of 3 “€1,000 Festival Freeroll” entry tickets per player during the mission Qualification Period if all three missions have been completed.
Maximum amount of “€20 Festival Ticket” entry tickets issued for completing the revenue mission: 1 per player during the mission Qualification Period.
“€X Festival” Tickets and “€1,000 Festival Freeroll“ Entry Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
Minimum required players for the “€1,000 Festival Freeroll“ to start: 2. If the minimum required players are not reached, the freeroll is cancelled and the entry ticket can be used in the next freeroll.
All “€1,000 Festival Freeroll“ tournaments will be capped at 10,000 maximum entrants.
“€X Festival” Tickets can only be used to enter “GPF #” tournaments during the promotion duration and expire 2 months after having been issued.After the Festival they will be linked to all tournaments until expired as stated above.
“€1,000 Festival Freeroll“ Entry Tickets expire on 14/12/2021.
If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Grosvenor Casinos Ltd will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. Grosvenor Casinos Ltd will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
To be able to play at Grosvenor Casinos Ltd / Grosvenorpoker.com it is necessary to be 18+ and not be prohibited from participating in gaming activities for any reason.

The promoter of this €2,500,000 GTD iPoker Winter Festival promotion (the “Promotion”) is Grosvenor Casinos Ltd

Some “GPF #” main events may replace similar regular network tournaments on the date of each main event.
Satellites will award tickets which can only be used in Grosvenor Poker Festival related tournaments whilst the promotion is in progress. After the Promotion they will be linked to all tournaments.
To participate in the missions, players must opt in once per mission for the duration of the mission

Qualification Periods via the poker software.

Mission Qualifying Periods:
Status Points Mission: 29/11/2021 00:00 GMT – 11/12/2021 23:59 GMT.
Play Satellites Mission: 29/11/2021 00:00 GMT – 12/12/2021 23:59 GMT.
Play GPF & Knock out Missions: 03/12/2021 00:00 GMT – 12/12/2021 23:59 GMT.
Maximum amount of “€1,000 Festival Freeroll” entry tickets issued for completing the satellite, Play GPF and knock out mission: 1 per mission per player during the mission Qualification Period.
Maximum of 3 “€1,000 Festival Freeroll” entry tickets per player during the mission Qualification Period if all three missions have been completed.
Maximum amount of “€20 Festival Ticket” entry tickets issued for completing the revenue mission: 1 per player during the mission Qualification Period.
“€X Festival” Tickets and “€1,000 Festival Freeroll“ Entry Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
Minimum required players for the “€1,000 Festival Freeroll“ to start: 2. If the minimum required players are not reached, the freeroll is cancelled and the entry ticket can be used in the next freeroll.
All “€1,000 Festival Freeroll“ tournaments will be capped at 10,000 maximum entrants.
“€X Festival” Tickets can only be used to enter “GPF #” tournaments during the promotion duration and expire 2 months after having been issued.After the Festival they will be linked to all tournaments until expired as stated above.
“€1,000 Festival Freeroll“ Entry Tickets expire on 14/12/2021.
If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Grosvenor Casinos Ltd will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. Grosvenor Casinos Ltd will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
To be able to play at Grosvenor Casinos Ltd / Grosvenorpoker.com it is necessary to be 18+ and not be prohibited from participating in gaming activities for any reason.
Grosvenor Casinos Ltd and/or any third party providing services to Grosvenor Casinos Ltd in connection with this Promotion (the “Third Party”), reserve the right to exclude players that participate in the Promotion with multiple accounts.
Grosvenor Casinos Ltd and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to disqualify players if they reasonably suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies takes place. Players must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions. Grosvenor Casinos Ltd and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to withhold any prize won by anyone whom Grosvenor Casinos Ltd is aware or have reasonable grounds to believe is ineligible.
Employees, any family members of employees, of Grosvenor Casinos Ltd and/or Grosvenor Casinos Ltd’s Group, and/or their agents, may not take part in this Promotion.
Grosvenor Casinos Ltd and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these terms:
without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or
for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change, provided that such change or amendment shall not have a detrimental effect on players that have already participated in missions pursuant to this Promotion.
These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, England.
These terms & conditions are additional to the standard terms & conditions for the participating website, and by participating in this Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
