Terms & conditions

1. The promoter of the GUKPT cash game race (the “Promotion”) is [Grosvenor Casinos Ltd]
2. Promotion Start Date: 1st January 2023
3. Promotion end date: 14th December 2023
4. The promotion will count the sessions by end time of each session
5. The promotion will include play at € cash game tables.
6. Race points are rewarded at a reate of 10 points per €1 rake paid
7. Private cash tables and Heads Up cash tables will be excluded from the promotion.
8. The player who reached the points first during the Qualifying Period will be ranked at the higher position.
9. Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Should you be unable to attend the live cash game, the prize will be offered to the next placed player. Failure to attend will forfeit the £1,000 cash prize (the buy-in).
10. Free blinds won will be paid out manually the day after the result is known, the value of the blinds credited will be based on the majority played during the previous 30 days play.
11. Free blinds credited are valid 7 days
12. To be able to play at Grosvenor Poker it is necessary to be 18+ and not be prohibited from participating in gaming activities for any reason.
13. Grosvenor Casinos Ltd and/or any third party providing services to Grosvenor Casinos Ltd in connection with this Promotion (the “Third Party”), reserve the right to exclude players that participate in the Promotion with multiple accounts.
14. Employees, any family members of employees, of Grosvenor Casinos Ltd and/or Grosvenor Casinos Ltd’s Group, and/or their agents, may not take part in this Promotion.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time but will only do so in exceptional circumstances and will make every reasonable effort to minimize the impact on customers. 
16. Grosvenor Poker reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws.
17. To fulfil its regulatory obligations, the Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
18. These terms & conditions are additional to the standard terms & conditions for the participating website, and by participating in this Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
