Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of this €1,500,000 GTD May Poker Series promotion (the “Promotion”) is Grosvenor Casinos Ltd the “Operator”).
2. Some “MPS #” main events may replace similar regular network tournaments on the date of each main event.
3. Satellites will award tickets which can only be used in May Poker Series related tournaments whilst the promotion is in progress. After the Promotion they will be linked to all tournaments.
4. To participate in the missions, players must opt in once per mission for the duration of the mission qualification period via the poker software.
5. Mission qualifying periods:
1. Satellite Mission: 03/05/2021 00:00 GMT – 16/05/2021 23:59 GMT.
2. Revenue Mission: 03/05/2021 00:00 GMT – 15/05/2021 23:59 GMT.
3. Main event & Knock out Missions: 07/05/2021 00:00 GMT – 16/05/2021 23:59 GMT.
6. Maximum amount of “€1,000 May Series Freeroll” entry tickets issued for completing the satellite, main events and knock out mission: 1 per mission per player during the mission qualification period.
7. Maximum of 3 “€1,000 May Series Freeroll” entry tickets per player during the mission qualification
8. period if all three missions have been completed.
9. Maximum amount of “€10 May Series Ticket” entry tickets issued for completing the revenue mission: 1 per player during the mission qualification period.
10. “€X May Series” Tickets and “€1,000 May Series Freeroll“ Entry Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
11. Minimum required players for the “€1,000 May Series Freeroll“ to start: 2.
12. If the minimum required players are not reached, the freeroll is cancelled and the entry ticket can be
13. used in the next freeroll.
14. All “€1,000 May Series Freeroll“ tournaments will be capped at 10,000 maximum entrants.
15. “€X May Series” Tickets can only be used to enter “MPS #” tournaments during the promotion duration and expire 2 months after having been issued.
16. After the May Poker Series they will be linked to all tournaments until expired as stated above.
17. “€1,000 May Series Freeroll“ Entry Tickets expire on 18/05/2021.
18. The winner (1st place) of “MPS #” tournaments will receive a “May Series Champions” entry ticket to play the “MPS #68 - Champions” Freeroll with a €10,000 guaranteed prize on Monday, 17th May 2021.
19. “May Series Champions” entry tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. “May Series Champions” entry tickets expire on 18/05/2021.
20. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Grosvenor Casinos Ltd will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. Grosvenor Casinos Ltd will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
21. To be able to play at Grosvenor Poker it is necessary to be 18+ and not be prohibited from participating in gaming activities for any reason.
22. Grosvenor Casinos Ltd and/or any third party providing services to Grosvenor Casinos Ltd in connection with this Promotion (the “Third Party”), reserve the right to exclude players that participate in the Promotion with multiple accounts.
23. Grosvenor Casinos Ltd and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to disqualify players if they reasonably suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies takes place. Players must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions. Grosvenor Casinos Ltd and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to withhold any prize won by anyone whom Grosvenor Casinos Ltd is aware or have reasonable grounds to believe is ineligible.
24. Employees, any family members of employees, of Grosvenor Casinos Ltd and/or Grosvenor Casinos Ltd’s Group (as defined below), and/or their agents, may not take part in this Promotion.
25. Grosvenor Casinos Ltd and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these terms: (i) without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (ii) for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change, provided that such change or amendment shall not have a detrimental effect on players that have already participated in missions pursuant to this Promotion.
26. These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, England.
27. These terms & conditions are additional to the Grosvenor Casinos Ltd standard terms & conditions, and by participating in this Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
28. “Operator’s Group” means, in respect of the Operator, its ultimate parent company, together with every direct or indirect, subsidiaries and affiliated companies of that ultimate parent company, and their respective successors and assigns.
