Terms & Conditions

1. The Grosvenor Casinos “£10K Leaderboard” promotion (“the Promotion”) is only open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry and have been invited to take part in this promotion.
2. The promotional period is from receipt of this offer until 00:59 on Thursday 29th July 2021 UK time (the “Promotional Period”).
3. In order to qualify, customers need to opt in to the promotion on the promotions page and stake minimum £30 on any casino game during the promotional period to gain 1 point into the leaderboard.

4. For every £30 staked on the any casino game customers will gain an additional 1 point in the leaderboard.
5. The total number of prizes available is 249. This promotion does not guarantee a prize to all customers who meet the qualification criteria.
6. The accreditation of the leaderboard will take place within one week following the end of the promotional period.
7. Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.
8. Slots bonus will be credited as a non-withdrawable bonus with thirty five times (x35) wager requirements.
9. Cash stakes on eligible games* will contribute to the wagering requirements of an active bonus.
   *Eligible games vary from bonus to bonus however a list of eligible games can be found in the terms and conditions of each bonus.
10. Bonus can be spent on any slot game excluding any of the below mentioned games*.

11. Games on Poker Games, side games on the Grosvenor Poker client or Sportsbook bets do not count towards this Promotion.
12. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.
13. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.
14. Customers have 3 days from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
15. Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
16. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.

19. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other GrosvenorCasinos.com offer. Should 2 or more promotions run at the same time, customers will have to fulfil the necessary requirement separately to take advantage of the additional promotion(s).
20. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
22. Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.
23. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
25. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
26. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
27. This promotion is subject to the standard GrosvenorCasinos.com terms and conditions.
28. The Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
