1. The Grosvenor Casinos “Leaderboard – Live Casino + Prize Draw” promotion (“the Promotion”) is only open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2. The Promotion can be entered at the Website and commences at 00:00 GMT on Monday 6^th January 2020 and ends at 23:59 GMT on Sunday 12^th January 2020 (the “Promotional Period”).
3. In order to qualify, customers must opt in to the Promotion on the promotion’s page and stake a minimum £20 cash on any Live Casino game to be entered into the Leaderboard.
4. For every £20 additional cash staked on Live Casino games, customers will gain 1 point on to the Leaderboard.
5. For every £20 additional cash staked on Victoria Grosvenor tables, customers will gain 2 points on to the Leaderboard.
6. The total number of cash prizes available for the Leaderboard is 200. This promotion does not guarantee a prize to all customers who meet the qualification criteria.
7. Customers who qualify but do not receive a cash prize will be entered into a random Prize Draw to win an Iphone.

10. The top 14 positions on the Leaderboard will be updated on the Website every working day.
11. Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.

13. The accreditation of the cash prizes for the Leaderboard and the random Prize Draw will take place on Monday following the end of the Promotional Period. The Promoter will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner however, should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay or postpone the accreditation.
14. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available within 7 days from the draw, the promoter will re-draw another winner.
15. The iPhone will be sent by post after the winner has confirmed his/her address.
16. All prizes will be fulfilled within 28 working days from prize confirmation.
17. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.

20. There is no cash or other alternative to the stated or awarded prizes in whole or in part. The prizes are not transferable.

22. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
24. Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
26. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
27. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

29. The Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
