Terms & conditions

1. This Promotion is managed by Grosvenor Casino (“The Promoter”).
2. These terms relate to the Grosvenor Casino “Cashback” promotion (“the Promotion”).
3. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
4. This Promotion is only available on the Website and therefore access to the internet is required to enter the Promotion and to claim a prize.
5. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these specific promotional Terms and Conditions and to our standard terms and conditions.
6. The promotion will run from 00:00 UK time on Thursday 4^th July 2022 until further notice (the “Promotional Period”).

Eligible Players

7. Eligible players must be:

Overall Mechanics

8. An eligible player must stake a minimum of £50 from Thursday 01:00 UK time until 00:59 UK time the following Wednesday.
9. Eligible players who qualify for the cashback will receive a 10% cashback on net losses every Thursday.

Cashback Mechanics

10. The cashback will be calculated weekly from Thursday 01:00 UK time until 00:59 UK time the following Wednesday.
11. The cashback will be credited as cash every Thursday of the month during the promotional period.
12. Players can stake on any game available online (desktop and mobile).
13. A loss must be registered in account to qualify for the offer.
14. The amount you receive will depend on the amount lost (cash stakes – wins – bonuses) during the promotional period and is worked out at 10% of this figure.
15. Current balance and pending withdrawals will be taken into account when calculating the total loss.
16. Stakes must be in real cash (not fun play), in order to qualify for the relevant cashback.
17. Currency equivalent is pounds (£) and minimum cashback amount is £5.

23. The offer can be withdrawn immediately, and any subsequent winnings can be withdrawn.

General Terms and Conditions

24. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
26. Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.
27. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
28. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
29. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
30. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
31. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, the Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. In case the Promotion gets cancelled or amended, this is without prejudice to the customer.
