1. The Grosvenor Casinos “Gold Star” promotion (“the Promotion”) is only open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2. The Promotion can be entered at the Website and commences at 00:00 on Thursday 30th September 2021 at 00:00 UK time and ends on Friday 1st October 2021 at 23:59 UK time (the “Promotional Period”).
3. In order to qualify, customers need to claim the promotion on the Promotion's page to stake minimum £20 cash on the game ‘The Goonies Return’ to receive 20% back on their losses up to a maximum of £50 bonus to use on slot games.
4. 20% bonus will be deemed to be total cash stakes on the eligible games minus total winnings from these stakes. Winning customers will not be eligible for the bonus.
5. Minimum bonus awarded is £4.

8. The accreditation of the bonuses will take place within one week following the end of the Promotional Period. Bonuses will be credited as a non-withdrawable bonus with thirty times (30x) wager requirements*. The Promoter will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner however, should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay or postpone the accreditation.
9. This Promotion is only available on the Website and therefore access to the internet is required to enter the Promotion and to claim a prize
10. There is no cash or other alternative to the stated or awarded prizes in whole or in part. The prizes are not transferable.
11. Cash stakes on eligible games will contribute to the *wagering requirements of an active bonus.
12. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.
13. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.
14. Customers have 3 days from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
15. Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
16. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.

21. Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.

23. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
24. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
25. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

27. The Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
