Grosvenor One Rewards - Elton John ticket prize draw

 

Win VIP tickets for you and a guest to see Elton John in concert at the O2 Arena in London in December  -  plus £100 spending money.

 

We’ve got 2 packages up for grabs and it couldn’t’ be easier to enter the prize draw. You’ll gain one entry for every day that you use your Grosvenor One card in-casino and for every day that you play online at grosvenorcasinos.com using your Grosvenor One account between 2nd and 29th September.

 

If you’re a winner, you’ll need to be opted in to marketing communications and to have provided us with a valid email address and phone number so we can contact you. If you’ve not already done so, you can do this in the My Account section once you’re logged in.

 

The draw takes place on Monday 14th October.

  1. The Grosvenor One Prize Draw’ promotion (“the Promotion”) will run from 09:00 on 02/09/19 until 23.59 on 29/09/19 (“the Promotional Period”).
  2. Customers who are not registered with Grosvenor Casinos will earn entries into the Prize Draw when they register a Grosvenor One account at Reception. Details that need to be provided to enter include a valid email address and customers must opt-in to communications.
  3. Customers who are already registered with Grosvenor Casinos will earn entries by upgrading to Grosvenor One. In addition, they must verify their email address is up to date and must opt-in to communications.
  4. Entries are limited to one per person, per day when they visit a casino.
  5. Entries are limited to one per person, per day when they logon to grosvenorcasinos.com.
  6. Grosvenor Casino employees are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
  7. Customers who play in casino and on grosvenorcasinos.com will have their number of entries doubled. Even if the customer plays online and in casino on different days.
  8. The promotion will close at 23.59 on 29/09/2019.
  9. Two customers, who have completed actions in points 4 or 5 will be chosen at random to win the following:
  • 2 x VIP tickets to Elton John’s final tour at the O2 Arena in December plus £100 spending money per couple.
  1. A prize draw will take place to determine the winners, which will take place on 14/10/2019.
  2. The prize excludes travel and accommodation.
  3. Customers are only eligible to win one prize. The prize is as stated. Alternative prizes are not available.
  4. Winners will be contacted by email confirming they have won by 21/10/2019.
  5. Winners must respond within 7 days from the 21st October 2019. If the winner doesn’t respond within the 7 days to redeem their prize, Grosvenor Casinos will be obliged to redraw and contact another customer.
  6. This promotional offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offers.
  7. Entry is offered subject to availability, legal restrictions and at the discretion of management and are available to over 18s only.
  8. By registering, providing a valid email address and opt-in to communication implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to alter or withdraw the promotion at any time and without notice.
  10. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Prize Draw and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
