2. The Promotion can be entered at the Website and commences at 00:00 on Tuesday 5^th November 2019 and ends at 23:59 on Sunday 10^th November 2019 GMT (the “Promotional Period”).
3. In order to qualify, customers must opt in to the Promotion on the promotion’s page and stake £50 cash on any of the below mentioned games (“Eligible Games”) to receive a £5 bonus to play any Live Casino game.
4. Customers with a Grosvenor One registered account will receive £10 to play any Live Casino game.
5. Eligible games: Monopoly Live, Deal or no Deal Live, Dream Catcher Live.
6. The bonus can be spent on any Live Casino game.
7. Live Casino bonus will be credited instantly after customer stakes £50 cash on any of the eligible games.
8. Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.
9. Play on 'free to play' games does not count towards this Promotion.
10. Bonus will be credited as a non-withdrawable bonus with twenty times (20x) wager requirements. Grosvenor Casinos will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner however, should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to delay or postpone the accreditation.
11. Cash stakes on eligible games* will contribute to the wagering requirements of an active bonus.

12. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.
13. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.
14. Customers have 7 days from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
15. Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
16. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.
