Terms & conditions

1. The Grosvenor Casinos “Grosvenor Gifts” promotion (“the Promotion”) is only open to players located within the permitted jurisdictions, as set out in section 5 of our General Terms and Conditions.
2. The promotion is valid from 00:00 on Monday 30^th November 2020 until Wednesday 30th December 2020 at 23:59 UK time (the “Promotional Period”).
3. To be eligible for this promotion, customers must opt in to the Promotion on the promotion’s page and stake minimum £50 cash on any casino game on any day during the Promotional Period to receive a Christmas gift the following day.
4. The period to complete the qualification requirements is 00:00 - 23:59 UK time every day during the Promotional Period (the “Qualification Period”).
5. Depending on the total amount staked on a day, customers will qualify for a gift as follows:
   
   Stake between £50 - £299 to choose a red Christmas box the next day
   Stake between £300 - £799 to choose a silver Christmas box the next
   Stake £800 or more to choose a gold Christmas box the next day
6. The prize can be claimed the following day between 12:00 and 23:59 UK Time, by clicking the chosen gift box to reveal the prize.
7. A red Christmas box is guaranteed for Full Membership customers every Thursday during the Promotional Period in the event they will not stake the minimum required to qualify for one of three boxes available.
8. Whenever customers open a box with no prize, they will collect one entry into a prize draw to win up to £1000 cash.

9. Only one prize from the payout table above will be allocated per customer.
10. The random draw will take place within one week following the end of the Promotional Period. The winner will be contacted via email/call within 7 days of the prize being won.
11. Once customers opt in to the Promotion, they will be automatically opted in for all the following days within promotional period.
12. Customers can qualify for this offer once per day.
13. The outcome of clicking the boxes is determined at random. 90% of the boxes will have a prize.
14. Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification. Void bets, ‘Cashed Out’ bets and bets using odds boost/free bet tokens do not count as qualifying bets.
15. There is no other alternative to the stated or awarded prizes in whole or in part.
16. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
17. This Promotion is only available on the Website and therefore access to the internet is required to enter the Promotion and to claim a prize.
18. Games on Poker Games or side games on the Grosvenor Poker client do not count towards this Promotion.
19. Play on 'free to play' games does not count towards this Promotion.
20. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other GrosvenorCasinos.com offer. Should 2 or more promotions run at the same time, customers will have to fulfil the necessary requirement separately to take advantage of the additional promotion(s).
21. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
23. Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
25. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
26. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
27. This promotion is subject to the standard GrosvenorCasinos.com terms and conditions.
28. The Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
