• The Grosvenor Casinos “Leaderboard + Prize Draw” promotion (“the Promotion”) is only open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
• The Promotion can be entered at the Website and commences at 00:00 GMT on Monday 5th August 2019 and ends at 23:59 GMT on Sunday 11th August 2019 (the “Promotional Period”).
• In order to qualify, customers must opt in to the Promotion on the promotion’s page and stake cash on any Live Casino game to be entered into a Leaderboard win a share of £2,000 in cash prizes and also a prize draw to win an Android Tablet.
• The total number of cash prizes available is 150. This promotion does not guarantee a prize to all customers who meet the qualification criteria.
• Customers who qualify but do not receive a cash prize will be entered into a random Prize Draw to win an Android Tablet.
• For every £20 cash staked on any Live Casino game, customers will gain 1 point on the Leaderboard.
• For every £20 cash staked on any Victoria Grosvenor tables, customers will gain double points on the Leaderboard.

• Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.Only stakes in Live Casino games qualify for the promotion.Only one prize will be allocated per customer.
• The random draw will take place within one week following the end of the Promotional Period.
• The accreditation of the cash will take place within one week following the end of the Promotional Period. The Promoter will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner however, should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay or postpone the accreditation.
• This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
• The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
• Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.
• The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
• Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
• The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

• The Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
