1. The Grosvenor Casinos “Daily Leaderboard” promotion (“the Promotion”) is only open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2. The Promotion can be entered at the Website and commences at 00:00 GMT on Monday 18^th November 2019 and ends at 23:59 GMT on Wednesday 27^th November 2019 (the “Promotional Period”).
3. In order to qualify, customers must opt in to the Promotion on the promotion’s page, deposit minimum £20 and stake a minimum £20 cash on any Live Casino game to be entered into a Daily Leaderboard.
4. For every £10 additional cash staked on Live Casino games, customers will gain 1 point on to the Daily Leaderboard.
5. For every £10 additional cash staked on Authentic Live Casino games, customers will gain 4 points on to the Daily Leaderboard.
6. Customers with a Grosvenor One registered account will receive double points (2 points for each £10 staked on Live Casino games, 8 points for each £10 staked on Authentic Live Casino games.
7. All customers who meet the qualification criteria during the Promotional Period will be entered into a Final Leaderboard.
8. Once customer opt in to the Promotion, they will be opted in for all the following daily leaderboards and final leaderboard.
9. To meet the daily qualification criteria for the Daily Leaderboard, customers must deposit minimum £20 and stake minimum £20 cash from 00:00 to 23:59 every day during the Promotional Period.
10. The total number of prizes available for the Daily Leaderboard is 20 per day.
11. The total number of prizes available for the Final Leaderboard is 100.

12. Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.
13. Only stakes in Live Casino games qualify for the promotion.
14. This promotion does not guarantee a prize to all customers who meet the qualification criteria.
15. Bonus can be spent on Live Casino games only.
16. The accreditation of the bonuses for the Daily Leaderboard will take place on the following working day.
17. The accreditation of the bonuses for the Final Leaderboard will take place within one week following the end of the Promotional Period.
18. Bonuses will be credited as a non-withdrawable bonus with twenty times (20x) wager requirements. The Promoter will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner however, should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay or postpone the accreditation.
19. Cash stakes on eligible games* will contribute to the wagering requirements of an active bonus.
20. *Eligible games vary from bonus to bonus however a list of eligible games can be found in the terms and conditions of each bonus.
21. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.
22. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.
23. Customers have 7 days from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
24. Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
25. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.

27. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
28. This Promotion is only available on the Website and therefore access to the internet is required to enter the Promotion and to claim a prize
29. Play on 'free to play' games does not count towards this Promotion.
30. There is no cash or other alternative to the stated or awarded prizes in whole or in part. The prizes are not transferable.
31. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other GrosvenorCasinos.com offer. Should 2 or more promotions run at the same time, customers will have to fulfil the necessary requirement separately to take advantage of the additional promotion(s).
32. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
33. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
34. Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.
35. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
36. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
37. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
38. This promotion is subject to the standard GrosvenorCasinos.com terms and conditions.
39. The Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
