1. The Grosvenor Casinos “Pragmatic Tournament” promotion (“the Promotion”) is only open to residents of United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and Gibraltar who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2. The Promotion can be entered at the Website and commences at 00:00 on Friday 27^th September 2019 and ends at 23:59 on Sunday 29^th September 2019 UK time (the “Promotional Period”).
3. To take part in this promotion, customers must launch one of the qualifying games and click “join now”.
4. Qualifying Games: Wild Pixies, Wolf Gold, Egyptian Fortunes, Celtic Gold.
5. All spins with a minimum bet of £0.10 in the qualifying games participate in the tournament and will qualify for the leaderboard.
6. The score of the leaderboard is based on the highest multiplier on a single winning spin.
7. The multiplier is based on the outcome of a single spin event. Subsequent spins which return a multiplier lower than your current score will not be added to your leaderboard score.
8. Only the highest multiplier score will be used on the leaderboard.
9. In the event customer enters a bonus or free spins round the outcome of this event plus any winnings from the base game spin would be counted towards the score on the leaderboard.
10. The prizes will be awarded to customers according to their place in the leaderboard.
11. In case players have equal number of points, the position will be shared between them (together with the prize) and the next position will continue according to the leaderboard.
12. For example, if there are 3 people on the 3rd place, the leaderboard will contain the following positions:

- 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 3rd, 3rd, 6th, 7th, etc.

And prizes for 3rd place will be calculated according to the formula:

- Prize for each 3rd = (3rd prize + 4th prize + 5th prize)/3

14. The prizes will be credited on Monday following the end of Promotion. The Promoter will strive to credit the promotional prizes in a timely manner however, should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay or postpone the accreditation.
15. Bonus Plus is a bonus with no wagering target.
16. Any winnings from Bonus Plus stakes are paid directly into the cash balance and can be withdrawn at any time.
17. Bonus Plus cannot be withdrawn directly but it is immune to withdrawal forfeiture.
18. Customers have 7 days from the date the Bonus Plus is added to use it before it expires and the remaining Bonus Plus balance is forfeited.
    1. Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.
    2. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.

    4. Play on 'free to play' games does not count towards this Promotion.
    5. There is no cash or other alternative to the stated or awarded prizes in whole or in part. The prizes are not transferable.
    6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other GrosvenorCasinos.com offer. Should 2 or more promotions run at the same time, customers will have to fulfil the necessary requirement separately to take advantage of the additional promotion(s).
    7. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
    8. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
    9. Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.
    10. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
    11. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
    12. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

    14. The Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
