1. This promotion is valid only to customers of www.grosvenorcasinos.com who have directly received this offer.
2. The Promotion is available from receipt of this offer until 23:59 on Wednesday 19th May 2021 UK time (the “Promotional Period”)
3. In order to qualify, customers need to opt in to the promotion on the promotions page and stake minimum £10 cash on Crazy Time to receive a £5 Live Casino bonus.
4. The £5 Live casino bonus can be claimed on the promotions page at the end of the promotional period.
5. Live Casino bonus will be credited as a non-withdrawable bonus with ten times (x10) wager requirements.
6. Customers have 3 days from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
7. Cash stakes on eligible games* will contribute to the wagering requirements of an active bonus.

11. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.
12. Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
13. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.

21. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
23. Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
25. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
