1. The Grosvenor Casinos “Triple 7’s” promotion (“the Promotion”) is only open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2. The Promotion can be entered at the Website and commences at 00:00 on Monday 7th September 2020 and ends at 23:59 on Sunday 13th September 2020 UK time (the “Promotional Period”).
3. To take part in this promotion, customers must play Blackjack on any Grosvenor Exclusive Blackjack table during the Promotional Period and get dealt a winning hand made of 3 (three) 7’s to receive eligibility to claim £50 Live Casino bonus. Customers who will get three 7’s of the same suite (i.e. 3 spades – “Jackpot hand”) will receive eligibility to claim £250 Live Casino bonus instead.
4. Customers need to claim the bonus on the promotion's page during the Promotional Period after being presented and redirected with an in-game pop up.
5. Split cards and Doubled Down will not count towards the Suited 777 bonus.
6. All bets behind are excluded from this promotion.
7. Bonus will be credited as a non-withdrawable bonus with ten times (10x) wager requirements. Grosvenor Casinos will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner however, should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to delay or postpone the accreditation.
8. Customers have 3 days from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
9. Cash stakes on eligible games* will contribute to the wagering requirements of an active bonus.
10. *Eligible games vary from bonus to bonus however a list of eligible games can be found in the terms and conditions of each bonus.
11. The following games are excluded from qualification to this promotion: American Roulette, Caribbean Stud Poker, Deal or No Deal, Monopoly Live, Super Sic Bo, Texas Hold'em Bonus Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold'em, VIP Live Roulette, Classic Roulette, Automatic Roulette, Silver Roulette, Black Gold Blackjack.
12. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.
13. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.
14. Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
15. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.

17. Play on 'free to play' games does not count towards this Promotion.
18. There is no cash or other alternative to the stated or awarded prizes in whole or in part. The prizes are not transferable.
19. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other GrosvenorCasinos.com offer. Should 2 or more promotions run at the same time, customers will have to fulfil the necessary requirement separately to take advantage of the additional promotion(s).
20. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
22. Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
24. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
25. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
26. This promotion is subject to the standard GrosvenorCasinos.com terms and conditions.
27. The Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
