1. This Promotion is managed by Grosvenor Casino (“The Promoter”), a member of Rank Digital Gaming (Alderney) Limited (Company Number 1480) whose registered office is at La Corvee House, La Corvee, Alderney, Channel Islands, GY9 3TQ.
2. These terms relate to the Grosvenor Casinos “Ultimate Casino Championship” promotion (“the Promotion”).
3. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
4. This Promotion is only available on the Website and therefore access to the internet is required to enter the Promotion and to claim a prize.
5. By opting in and taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these specific promotional Terms and Conditions and to our standard GrosvenorCasinos.com terms and conditions.
6. The promotion will run from 00:00 UK time on Monday 2nd May 2022 and ends at 23:59 UK time on Sunday 29th May 2022 (the “Promotional Period”).
7. The Promotional Period is split in four promotional weeks (each one a "Qualifying Week"), as defined below:
   • Week 1: May 2nd – May 8th
   • Week 2: May 9th – May 15th
   • Week 3: May 16th – May 22^nd
   • Week 4: May 23rd – May 29th

Eligible Player

8. Eligible players must be:
   • A resident of England, Scotland or Wales
   • Aged 18 years or over at the time of entry
   • A new or existing player with grosvenorcasinos.com
   • Able to view this promotion in the “Promos” section of their account

Overall Mechanics

9. Each Qualifying Week contains two tournaments:
   • Weekly Slots Tournament
   • Weekly Live Tournament
10. Eligible Players can take part in one or both Weekly Tournaments,
11. Eligible Players must opt in to either the overall page or via the Weekly Slots and/or Weekly Live Tournament pages, both will be considered.
12. In order to participate in this promotion, an Eligible Player must place an Eligible Bet (as defined in individual promo pages) during the Qualifying Week.
13. Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.
14. Hot Seats: During Qualifying Weeks, players that are ranked 4^th, 8^th, 12^th, 16^th, and 20^th in each of the tournament will get an entry into the “Final Prize Draw” that will take place at the end of the promotional period, to be part of the In-Venue Final Tournament.

17. Weekly Slots Tournament prizes will consist of:
    • Seats to our hosted live event (“Final Seat”)
    • Casino Bonuses
    • Final Prize Draw tickets (as defined in “Hot Seats” above)
18. 45 Eligible Players will receive a prize in each Qualifying Week.

21. Eligible Players must stake a minimum of £50 on eligible live casino games to gain one point.
22. Weekly Slots Tournament prizes will consist of:
    • Seats to our hosted live event (“Final Seat”)
    • Casino Bonuses
    • Prize Draw tickets (as defined in “Hot Seats” above)
23. 45 Eligible Players will receive a prize in each Qualifying Week.

25. The promotion does not guarantee a prize to all customers who meet the minimum qualification criteria.
26. The crediting of the prizes will take place within 72 hours following the end of each Weekly Tournament. The Promoter will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner, however, should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay or postpone the accreditation.
27. Weekly winners and finalists will be notified by SMS, Email and/or Account Message.
28. You are eligible to qualify for the prize related to one place on each leaderboard per Qualifying Week.

Casino Bonuses:

29. Prizes awarded as Casino Bonuses have wagering restrictions (“Requirements”) attached (as defined below).
30. The bonus will be available to claim in the “Bonuses” section of the Eligible Player’s account for 24 hours. Failure to claim the Casino Bonus will result in the bonus expiring.
31. You have 72 hours from the date the bonus is added to your account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
32. Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
33. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.

35. The Requirements are as follows:
    • The Bonus amount needs to be wagered 30 times before any winnings can be withdrawn.
    • Stakes on eligible games only will contribute to the wagering requirements of an active bonus.
    • If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.
    • When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.
    • Not all games are included in this promotion and playing them will not contribute towards the promotion’s targets and/or wagering requirements (as listed below).
    • Some games will contribute a lower wagering percentage than others, as illustrated in the following table:

**Note: Low risk bets on Roulette games: No minimal risk wagering, such as betting both Red and Black on Roulette, will contribute towards any part of a promotion, including Bonus wagering requirements or the accumulation of any points. Players deemed to be using minimal risk wagering tactics to redeem their Bonuses or cash prizes risk forfeiting their Bonuses, cash prizes and any subsequent winnings.

Final Prize Draw:

36. All Eligible Players qualifying in a “Hot Seat” during each tournament in each Qualifying Week will be entered into a random prize draw.
37. 40 players from this promotion will be entered into the final draw (Five players per Tournament per Qualifying Week).
38. 10 Final Seats are available in this prize draw.

Final Seat:

39. Six Final Seats will be awarded from the top three places in each Weekly Tournament during each Qualifying Week.
40. Only one Final Seat will be allocated per person during the promotional period.
    • If any Eligible Players wins an additional seat in the final this will be forfeited with no cash alternative, however the bonus prize for that Qualifying Week’s place will still be paid.
    • If an Eligible Player declines a place in the final or wins an additional place in the final, the next Eligible Player classified highest in the Leaderboard will receive the prize. This term only applies to the “Final Seats”.
41. Final Seats consist of:
    • Invitation to an exclusive hosted In-Venue event for the winner and one guest.
    • Event will be held in Grosvenor Casino in Didsbury on Saturday 18 June 2022.
    • Food and beverages will be supplied during the event.
    • A final tournament with prizes between £250-5,000 in cash for each winner.
    • A guaranteed minimum of £500 in cash for all attending winners (£250 applied to your Grosvenor Casino wallet on the day of the event plus a minimum of £250 in the final tournament.
42. No winnings and/or cash alternatives will be provided in the event an Eligible Player cannot or does not attend the final event.
43. £40K In-Venue Final Tournament prizes.

44. For any winners requiring any special assistance at the event please discuss directly with the Promoter prior to the event date and we will support in all ways possible.
45. All winners (and their guests) are required to produce valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age (18+ only) and residency.
46. The Final Event may be cancelled or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs a suitable alternative will be offered to all Qualifying Players.
47. All winners must have an active account on the day of the Final Event.
48. Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the guest being removed from the event. The Promoter reserves the right to judge whether any behaviour is inappropriate.

General Terms & Conditions

49. The Grosvenor reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
50. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
51. Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.
52. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
53. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
54. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
55. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
56. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, the Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. In case the Promotion gets cancelled or amended, this is without prejudice to the customer.
