1. The Grosvenor Casinos “New Year, New York” promotion (“the Promotion”) is only open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2. The promotion is valid from Monday 7^th October 2019 at 00:00 GMT until Sunday 3^rd November 2019 at 23:59 GMT (the “Promotional Period”).
3. To be eligible for this promotion, customers must opt in to the Promotion on the promotion’s page and stake minimum £1000 cash on any game excluding Poker or bet minimum £1000 on Sports between Monday and Saturday on any week during the Promotional Period to receive between 1 and 3 spins on the Wheel on the following Sunday.
4. The period to complete the qualification requirements is Monday 00:00 to Saturday 23:59 GMT every week during the Promotional Period (the “Qualification Period”).
5. The amount of spins available on Sunday will depend on the amount staked on the previous qualification period, as per table below:

6. Eligible customers will be able to spin the wheel from 12 pm UK time each Sunday during the Promotional Period.
7. The outcome of the prize wheel is determined at random. 90% of spins will result in a win.
8. The prizes available on the wheel will be cash, bonus plus, free spins or a Holiday in New York.
9. The Holiday in New York winners will be contacted via email/call within 7 days of the prizes being won.
10. Details of the holiday, including travel dates and flight details, will be disclosed to winning entrants once the promotion has ended.
11. All customers taking part in this offer will need to have up to date contact details. In the event of a winner being uncontactable to claim their prize, the prize will be forfeited if GrosvenorCasinos.com have failed to get in touch with the winner within 7 days of the prize being won.
12. Contact details will be passed onto 3rd party suppliers to fulfil the delivery of all prizes. This will include name, address, email and phone number. By accepting the prize, you are agreeing to the sharing of these details.
13. Each Holiday in New York is for 2 people and includes:

14. If no customer wins the Holiday in New York prize on any of the weeks during the Promotional Period, a winner will be selected randomly.
15. Once customers opt in to the Promotion, they will be opted in for all the following days within promotional period.
16. Customers can qualify for this offer once per week.
17. Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification. Void bets, ‘Cashed Out’ bets and bets using odds boost/free bet tokens do not count as qualifying bets.
18. There is no other alternative to the stated or awarded prizes in whole or in part.
19. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
20. This Promotion is only available on the Website and therefore access to the internet is required to enter the Promotion and to claim a prize.
21. Games on Poker Games, side games on the Grosvenor Poker client do not count towards this Promotion.
22. Play on 'free to play' games does not count towards this Promotion.
23. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other GrosvenorCasinos.com offer. Should 2 or more promotions run at the same time, customers will have to fulfil the necessary requirement separately to take advantage of the additional promotion(s).
24. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
26. Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.
27. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
28. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
29. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
30. This promotion is subject to the standard GrosvenorCasinos.com terms and conditions.
31. The Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
