1. This Promotion is managed by Grosvenor Casino (“The Promoter”).
2. These terms relate to the Grosvenor “Greentube Leaderboard” promotion (“the Promotion”).
3. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
4. This Promotion is only available on the Website and therefore access to the internet is required to enter the Promotion and to claim a prize.
5. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these specific promotional Terms and Conditions and to our standard GrosvenorCasinos.com terms and conditions.
6. The promotion will run from 20 March 00:00 UK time until 26 March 23:59 UK time (the “Promotional Period”).

Eligible Player

Promotion Mechanics 

8. To take part in this promotion players must opt-in.
9. Player will need to stake on the game Lucky Lady´s Charm Deluxe.
10. The player will win 10 points every time they reach the bonus round or free round. 
11. Players 10 points will be added to the leaderboard.
12. The leaderboard will be updated this Wednesday and Friday, then with final results on the next Monday 27 March.
13. The accreditation of the prizes will take place within 72 hours following the end of the Promotional Period. The Promoter will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner, however, should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay or postpone the accreditation.
14. All prizes are cash.
15. This promotion does not guarantee a prize to all customers who meet the qualification criteria.

16. Qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.

General Terms and Conditions 

18. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
20. Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.
21. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor eligible players. Eligible players who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
23. Eligible players whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
24. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered.
25. Grosvenor reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws.
26. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product
27. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, the Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. In case the Promotion gets cancelled or amended, this is without prejudice to the customer.
