1. This promotion is open to all GrosvenorCasinos.com customers who have directly received the offer.
2. Customers can receive a £25 Live Casino and Table Games (RNG) bonus or 50 free spins on the game Lucky Lady's Charm Deluxe.
3. Customers must claim the chosen bonus on the Promotions page.
4. By claiming one of the two offers, the other one will become automatically invalid.
5. The £25 bonus will be credited as a non-withdrawable bonus with five times (5x) wager requirements.

***Low risk bets on Roulette games: No minimal risk wagering, such as betting both Red and Black on Roulette, will contribute towards any part of a promotion, including Bonus wagering requirements or the accumulation of any points. 8. Only one of the two offers per player, household and IP address is permitted.
9. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.
10. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.
11. Customers have 7 days from the moment the £25 bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.

12. Grosvenor reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
13. Grosvenor reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
14. Grosvenor reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “Parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
15. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
16. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, the Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. In case the Promotion gets cancelled or amended, this is without prejudice to the customer.
17. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
18. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, this may affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or are wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
19. Grosvenor is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered.
