Terms & conditions

1. The Grosvenor Casinos “Exclusive Leaderboards” promotion (“the Promotion”) is only open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2. The Promotion can be entered at the Website and commences at 00:00 GMT on Tuesday 25th January 2022 and ends at 23:59 GMT on Monday 31^st January 2022 (the “Promotional Period”).
3. In order to qualify, customers must “Opt in” to the Promotion on the promotion’s pages. Customers can opt in on either Live Casino Leaderboard page or Slots Leaderboard page or both to be eligible.
4. To be eligible, customer must also stake cash on any Live Casino game or stake cash on slots or both to win a share of £5,000 Bonus prizes for Slots Leaderboard and/or £5,000 Bonus prizes for Live Casino Leaderboard.
5. For every £50 cash staked on any Live Casino game, customers will gain an extra point into the random prize draw.
6. For every £25 cash staked on any slot game, customers will gain an extra point into the leaderboard.

12. Prizes awarded for Slots Leaderboard Page will be in Slots Bonus.
13. Prizes awarded for Live Casino Leaderboard Page will be an All-Games Bonus.
14. Bonuses will be credited as a non-withdrawable bonus with one time (30x) wager requirements.
15. The Promoter will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner, however, should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay or postpone the accreditation.

21. ***Low risk bets on Roulette games: No minimal risk wagering, such as betting both Red and Black on Roulette, will contribute towards any part of a promotion, including Bonus wagering requirements or the accumulation of any points. Players deemed to be using minimal risk wagering tactics to redeem their Bonuses or cash prizes risk forfeiting their Bonuses, cash prizes and any subsequent winnings. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.
22. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.

27. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.

32. There is no cash or other alternative to the stated or awarded prizes in whole or in part. The prizes are not transferable.

34. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
35. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
36. Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.
37. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
38. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
39. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

41. The Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
