  8. Please allow 72 hours in case of extenuating circumstances.
  9. Customer will see the cash refund reflected in their cash balance.
  10. Max cash refund is £100 per week.
  11. In order to qualify for a cash refund, 10% of each customers In-Play losses must equal £1 or more.
