  4. Only one prize will be allocated per customer.
  5. Qualifying customers will be notified by e-mail within 72 hours following the end of the Promotional Period.
  6. From the moment customers are notified, they will have 7 days to claim their prize, choosing one of the two bonus codes provided, BANK or ROLL.
  7. To claim their prize, customers must enter the chosen bonus code in the ‘Promotion Code’ section of ‘My Bonuses’ in your account.
  8. Customers can choose to enter the code BANK to claim their prize or the code ROLL that can double the prize amount or get the minimum amount of £1.
  9. By entering one of the codes, the other one will become automatically invalid.

  17. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.
  18. Customers have 3 days from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
  19. Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
  20. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.
