1. This promotion is only open to customers of Grosvenor Casino who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

2. The Grosvenor “Bonus Vault” promotion (the “Promotion”) will run from this Tuesday midday until 21:00pm the same Tuesday (the "Promotional Period")
3. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
4. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
   
   

Eligible Players

5. Eligible players must be:
   1. Aged 18 years or over at the time of entry
   2. A new or existing player with GrosvenorCasinos.com
   3. Able to view this promotion in the “Promos” section of their account
      
      

Overall Mechanics:

6. In order to take part in the Promotion, customers must Log In between Midday and 21:00 every Tuesday and guess the exact amount on the vault that week.
7. Customers that guess the exact amount of the vault will receive the money, if there is more than one exact guess then the prize money in the vault will be split equally.
8. If there is no winner, the amount is carried over to the next week but if no winner throughout the month, the full amount will not be carried forward to the next month.
   
   

Bonus Mechanics

9. The Prize Money in the vault will be credited as an All-games Bonus*
10. Bonuses will be credited as a non-withdrawable bonus with thirty times (x30) wager requirements.
11. The Promoter will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner, however, should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay or postpone the accreditation.
12. Cash stakes on eligible games* will contribute to the wagering requirements of an active bonus.
13. *Eligible games vary from bonus to bonus however a list of eligible games can be found in the terms and conditions of each bonus.

15. Some games will contribute a lower wagering percentage than others, as illustrated in the following table:

Players deemed to be using minimal risk wagering tactics to redeem their Bonuses or cash prizes risk forfeiting their Bonuses, cash prizes and any subsequent winnings.

16. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.
17. Customers have 3 days from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
18. Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
19. Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.
20. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
21. This Promotion is only available on the Website and therefore access to the internet is required to enter the Promotion and to claim a prize
    
    

General Terms & Conditions

22. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
24. Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.
25. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
26. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
27. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
28. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
29. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, the Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. In case the Promotion gets cancelled or amended, this is without prejudice to the customer.
