Eligible Players:

  1. Eligible players” must:

  3. be over 18 years old;
  4. be able to see the promotion in the ‘Promos’ section of their Grosvenor Casino account during the Promotional Period; and
  5. be eligible to receive bonuses. (an “Eligible Player”)

 

Promotion Mechanics:

  1. In order to qualify, customers must opt in.
  2. Customers stake cash on any casino game to receive 20% cash back on their net losses up to a maximum of £500.

Prize:

  1. Cash back will be awarded within 24 hours following the end of the Promotional Period.
  2. The minimum cash credited will be £1 and the maximum cash credited will be £500
  3. The Promoter will strive to credit the cash in a timely manner, however, should any difficulty occur –technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay or postpone the accreditation.
  4. 20% Cash Back will be calculated as total cash stakes minus total winnings from these stakes. Winning customers will not be eligible for the cashback.
  5. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.
