Terms & conditions
Champion of Champions is a promotion which comprises of free to play tournaments for American Roulette and Blackjack. Players wishing to play in the tournament must register to play with a member of the team. Players will be given 100 chips and five spins to play on Roulette and 50 chips and five hands to play on Blackjack. Winners are determined by the total number of chips accumulated after playing both games. The top three places will win a daily prize of Free Play chips (SOCs) and the top five places will go on to a leader board to win a place in the final. The final will be held in each casino on Sunday 7 May 2023 at 8pm. The top three places in the final tournament will win a cash prize.
Tournament Rules
- Players must be aged 18 or over to participate in these promotions and by doing so agree to these terms and conditions.
- The tournament will be available across all Grosvenor Casinos
- The promotion, “Champion of Champions” (the tournament) will consist of four weekly independent tournaments
- Players can take part in the tournament by asking a member of staff to register for the tournament session.
- Customers can take part for free once per day, per tournament, per casino.
- Customers may rebuy into each tournament multiple times at the cost of £10 per rebuy.
- Tournaments will be held twice per week, on Thursdays and Sundays, for four consecutive weeks from 6 – 30 April
- The tournament will be played from 6pm until the close of registration. Please check with your local venue when registration will close
- If a registered participant is not available at their time of play, their registration will be considered void
- Each club will host both an American Roulette and Blackjack tournament on the specified days with the players scores from both combined into a final score
American Roulette Tournament
- For each entry the customer will be given an initial play value of 100 chips, and each will be worth 100 points. There is no monetary value attached to the chips.
- Customers will be allowed a maximum of 5 consecutive spins and they must bet on every spin whilst they have chips remaining. Minimum bet is 10 chips per spin Where the customer has less than 10 chips they may bet all of their remaining chips. There is no maximum bet.
- Customers may only place bets on straight up, split, corners, six lines, streets along with any outside bets. Neighbour bets or section bets are not permitted
- No rebuys are permitted if a customer loses all their chips before the end of 5 spins.
- Only one person can play one set of chips at a time.
- The score at the end will be the players number of remaining chips x 100 points
Blackjack Tournament
- Customers will be designated a seated position using a card from the shoe
- Seats will be designated from box one = lowest value card on the first card only
- Where more than one customer has the same value card, a second card will be drawn to these players only to determine their seating order
- For each entry the customer will be given an initial play value of 50 chips , and each will be worth 100 points. There is no monetary value attached to the chips.
- Customers will be allowed a maximum of 5 consecutive hands and they must bet on every hand whilst they have chips remaining. Minimum bet is 10 chips per hand. Where the customer has less than 10 chips they may bet all of their remaining chips. There is no maximum bet.
- Customers may only place bets on classic Blackjack, side bets are not permitted.
- No rebuys are permitted if a customer loses all their chips before the end of 5 hands.
- Only one person can play one set of chips at a time.
- The score at the end will be the players number of remaining number of chips X 100 points

- During the tournament, the top five players scores will be posted on the Leader Board
- Any player posting an identical score to one that is already on the leader board will go one place below the original score.
- A player is permitted to enter the tournament at more than one participating casino but their score is only valid at the casino where they posted that score.
- The top three final scores on the leader board will win a Free Play Prize.
- Casinos are grouped as either a Bronze, Silver or Gold Casino to determine the prize fund (appendix A)

- Tournament Prizes will be in the form of Free Play
- Free play will be in the form of Super Odds Chips (SOCs)
- SOCs are redeemable on table games only.
- SOCs are valid until lost and losing SOCs will be placed in the table drop box and not returned to the customer.
- There is no cash alternative – SOCs are promotional chips with nominal cash value which cannot be exchanged for cash. The chip must be played.
- Winning SOC bets pay the actual value of the chip wagered x normal table odds x 100. Example = A winning 25p SOC chip being played on a ‘straight up’ bet on Roulette would pay 25p (actual value of SOC) x 35 (odds of winning bet) x 100 = £875
- Where venues are unable to use SOCs, Free Play will be in the form of a Promotional Voucher
- The full value of the “Promotional Voucher” must be played through.
- Promotional free bets cannot be cashed out and must be played through or forfeited.
- Promotional vouchers have a validity of 72 hours before becoming void
- This offer may only be redeemed once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher and is non-transferable.
- At the end of each tournament the players with the top 5 scores at each casino will be invited to the Grand Prize Final at that casino. The scores relate to a single entry and players cannot accumulate scores from multiple entries
- All tournament winners have 28 days from the date of their win to claim their prize from the cash desk. There is no cash alternative to this prize
- Players who place in the top five positions of each tournament will be invited to participate in the Grand Final event on Sunday 7 May
- Customers can only win one entry to the Grand Final regardless of finishing in the top five positions on multiple days
- In this instance, the Grand Final invite will revert to the next position
- If a customer is on the leader board at more than one casino, the customer will have the choice of which casino they would like to attend for the Grand Prize Final. A customer will only be eligible to attend one Grand Prize Final.
Grand Prize Finals
- The grand prize finals will take place at each of the participating Grosvenor Casinos on the Sunday 7 May 2023 following the end of the tournaments.
- The players who have qualified for the grand final at each participating casino should make their way to the relevant casino by 7:00pm on the day of the grand final on 7 May to register their attendance
- Failure to be present by 8.00 p.m. on 7 May for the start of the grand final will invalidate the players entry. There will be no replacements for any finalists who fail to turn up on time on the day of the final.
- The Champion of Champions grand final tournament will commence at 8pm on 7 May
- All qualifying customers from the campaign period will play a final tournament using the same rules as the previous qualifying rounds.
- Dependant on final numbers, players will play in groups of a maximum of five, and their playing position will be selected at random by the venue
- Scores will be determined by the combined score from both the American Roulette and Blackjack tournaments.
- The winners of each casino's tournament will be paid in accordance with the table below
