1. These terms relate to the Grosvenor Casinos “50 Free Spins” promotion (“The Promotion”).
2. The promotion will be available to claim until 23:59 (UK Time) on 24.12.2023 (the “Promotional Period”).
3. This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
4. By taking part players hereby agree to these specific promotional Terms and Conditions and to Grosvenor Casino’s standard terms and conditions.
5. Eligible player must be a Grosvenor Casino player, who:
   1. has been invited via email, SMS, onsite notification or in one of our venues
   2. has been given a unique bonus code
6. be able to view this promotion in the “Promos” section of their account.

8. The 50 Free Spins will be available to the player instantly once the unique bonus code is redeemed.

10. Free Spins value will be 20p per spin.
11. To receive the Free Spins, player will have to use the unique bonus code and launch one of the eligible games.
12. Once Free Spins are awarded, Free Spins will be used before any cash or bonus.
13. Free Spins winnings will be credited to your bonus balance and will need to be wagered 5 time on any slot game before any withdrawal can be processed.
14. Maximum amount converted from Free Spins winnings into cash after meeting wagering requirements will be capped automatically at £500.
15. Free Spins do not guarantee winnings.
16. Player will have 7 days from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
17. Players can withdraw funds from their Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from their Cash Balance, they will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.
18. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to player’s cash and Bonus balances.

**Low risk bets on Roulette games:

No minimal risk wagering, such as betting both Red and Black on Roulette, will contribute towards any part of a promotion, including Bonus wagering requirements or the accumulation of any points. Players deemed to be using minimal risk wagering tactics to redeem their Bonuses or cash prizes risk forfeiting their Bonuses, cash prizes and any subsequent winnings.

General Terms & Conditions

21. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
22. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, Grosvenor Casinos may refuse to process the claim.
23. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include, but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “Parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
24. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
25. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, Grosvenor Casinos may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
26. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus/prize forfeited.
27. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, this may affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or are wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions
28. Grosvenor Casinos is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered.
