  1. The “Cold Number Challenge” promotion (“promotion”) will be run on an ad hoc basis and for the time period announced by the live casino host (“host”) in the live studio.
  2. The promotion has unlimited usage per player per round up to the maximum win value announced by the host. The offer is only available to customers playing on the specific table at the time that the promotion is announced by the host.
  3. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive prizes will not be able to participate in this promotion.
  4. Each customer can win up to 3 cash prizes per day. 
  5. Only dedicated Grosvenor Roulette tables (Grosvenor Roulette or Grosvenor Speed Roulette) will be chosen for the offer.
  6. At participating Roulette table, the host will activate “Cold Number Challenge” at random for 15 minutes.
  7. To qualify, customers must have placed straight up bet on the Cold Numbers.
  8. The limit for customers to qualify is a max 24 numbers.
  9. If the ball lands on the Roulette wheel segment corresponding to the Cold Number during 15 minutes, winnings for qualifying customers will be paid as a £10, £20 or £30 cash depending on how many times Cold Number appears.
  • 1st Cold Number – £10
  • 2nd Cold Number – £20
  • 3rd Cold Number – £30
  1. If there’s no ‘Cold Number’ match in the time period (15 mins), then there are no winners.
  2. In normal circumstances, winning will be manually added to a player’s account during the night that the promotion took place. If this is not possible (for any reason), winning will be added at the next available opportunity.
