Overall Mechanics:

8. Eligible Players must opt in via the promotion page and deposit during the promotional period using their debit card, to receive 1% cashback on their deposits.
9. The cash prize should be awarded at the end of the promotional period and within 7 days. The Promoter will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner, however,
   should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay or postpone the accreditation.
   
   

General Terms & Conditions

10. Grosvenor reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
13. Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.
14. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
16. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
17. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
18. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, the Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. In case the Promotion gets cancelled or amended, this is without prejudice to the customer.
