Every Visit Counts is a promotion in which customer are required to make three visits within a one-week period (Mon-Sun) to claim a Promotional Free Bet voucher. Customers should collect a stamp card from reception on their first visit and collect stamps with each subsequent visit. The value of the Stamp Card / Free Bet voucher is determined by a customers recorded Average Daily Theoretical win (ADT) during the prior period, 1 March – 31 May. On completion of three stamps in one week, the customer can collect the award from the casino cash desk. Free Bet vouchers can be used for play on any gaming table, Electronic Roulette terminal or Slot machine.

1. This stamp card is part of Every Visit Counts promotion and is only considered valid once completed with the customer’s name and membership number on the day of issue and can only be used by the named customer. Any illegible cards or card that show signs of tampering will be considered invalid.
2. Between 06:00 on 12/06/2023 and 06:00 on 10/07/2023 inclusive (“Promotional Period”) the holder of this card can collect one stamp per day for their first visit of each gaming day to the Grosvenor Casino issuing the stamp card. Each customer is entitled to one stamp per 24-hour period only, regardless of how many times the customer exits and returns within the 24-hour period in question.
3. Customers are restricted to only one stamp card per venue per week
4. The value of the Stamp Card issued based on the customer Average Daily Theoretical Win (ADT) between 01/03/23 - 31/05/23
   
   

5. Customers at Grosvenor Casinos Park Tower, Barracuda, Bayswater, Piccadilly, Victoria, St. Giles & Gloucester Road with an ADT greater than £1000 are excluded from this promotion
6. Stamps can only be claimed at the venue issuing the card
7. Customers will receive a promotional Free Bet on their 3rd visit of each promotional week.
8. Valid stamp cards can be exchanged at Cash Desk for Promotional Free Bets. Promotional free bets will be in the form of a non-cashable voucher.
9. Promotional Free Bets cannot be cashed out and must be played through or forfeited.
10. Promotional vouchers have a validity of 72 hours before becoming void
11. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the stamp card is stamped.
12. There will be no back dating, the stamp card must be presented at the time of entry to the casino on the relevant day to claim a stamp, and voucher if relevant.
13. There is no cash or other alternative to the stated or awarded prizes in whole or in part. The prizes are not transferable.
14. Each stamp card is offered subject to availability, legal restrictions and at the discretion of management and is available to over 18s only.
15. Photocopied, altered, or defaced cards and/or stamps will not be accepted. We may treat as void any card you present if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are in breach of these terms and conditions or your participation is fraudulent, unlawful or you have otherwise engaged in behaviour which is contrary to the spirit of the rules or the intention of this promotion.
16. Any form of betting not in the spirit of the promotion, where players seek to convert the non-cashable element of the reward, such as playing opposing Even Chance bets or similar, are not permitted.
17. Customers who are Self-Excluded or Barred from the Casinos for any reason are not eligible to participate in this promotion
18. Use of the stamp card implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
19. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to alter or withdraw the promotion at any time and without notice.

The Every Visit Counts stamp card promotion is valid between 06:00 on 12/06/2023 and 06:00 on 10/07/2023 inclusive (“Promotional Period”) the holder of this card can collect one stamp per day for their first visit of each gaming day to any Grosvenor Casino. Stamps can only be claimed at the venue issuing the card. Only one stamp card per customer per venue.  Stamps can only be claimed at the venue of issue. Promotional vouchers have a validity of 72 hours before becoming void. Offer only valid to persons aged 18 or over.
