1. These terms relate to the Grosvenor Casinos “Exclusive Daily Giveaway” promotion (“The Promotion”).
2. This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
3. By taking part players hereby agree to these specific promotional Terms and Conditions and to Grosvenor Casino’s standard terms and conditions.
4. The promotion will run from 01:00 on 24^th April until 00:59 on 29^th April 2023 (The “Promotional Period”).
5. Players need to be able to view the promotion in the “Promos” section of their account during the promotional period.
6. Eligible players will be able to choose between 50 Free Spins and £5 Casino Bonus daily during the promotional period.
7. 50 Free Casino will be available to be claimed once per 24-hour period from 01:00 on 24^th April until 00:59 on 29^th April 2023.
8. 50 Free Spins will be available to be played on Luck O’ the Irish Fortune Spins, The Goonies Jackpot King or TED Cash Lock.
9. Free Spins value will be £0.10 per spin.
10. Free Spins will have to be played within 24 hours before expiring.
11. Once the Free Spins are awarded, Free Spins will be used before any cash or bonus.
12. Winnings from Free Spins will be credited to player’s bonus balance and will need to be wagered 10 times on Luck O’ the Irish Fortune Spins, The Goonies Jackpot King or TED Cash Lock.
13. Players will have 24 hours from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before it expires, and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
14. Maximum allowed amount to be converted from each 50 Free Spins into cash will be £100 and will be capped automatically.
15. Free Spins do not guarantee winnings.
16. Crediting of Free Spins will be instant, however in any case of unplanned circumstances such as technical issues, there may be a delay in crediting.
17. Players can withdraw funds from their Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from their Cash Balance, they will forfeit any funds in their Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.
18. If player has an active cash balance, all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by bonus balance.
19. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to players’ cash and bonus balances.

20. Eligible players will need to claim their £5 Free Casino Bonus through the promotional page.
21. £5 Free Casino Bonus will be available to be claimed once per 24-hour period from 01:00 on 24^th April until 00:59 on 29^th April 2023.
22. £5 Free Casino Bonus will be credited to player’s bonus balance and will need to be wagered 20 times before any withdrawal can be processed.
23. Players will have 24 hours from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before it expires, and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
24. Maximum allowed amount to be converted from each £5 Free Casino Bonus into cash will be £100 and will be capped automatically.
25. Crediting of the bonus will be instant, however in any case of unplanned circumstances such as technical issues, there may be a delay in crediting.
26. If a player will have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by player’s bonus balance.

30. Some games will contribute a lower wagering percentage than others, as illustrated in the following table:

**Low risk bets on Roulette games:

No minimal risk wagering, such as betting both Red and Black on Roulette, will contribute towards any part of a promotion, including Bonus wagering requirements or the accumulation of any points. Players deemed to be using minimal risk wagering tactics to redeem their Bonuses or cash prizes risk forfeiting their Bonuses, cash prizes and any subsequent winnings.

31. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any player who has already placed a qualifying bet.
32. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
33. Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.
34. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor players. Players who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
35. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
36. Players whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
37. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
38. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, the Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. In case the Promotion gets cancelled or amended, this is without prejudice to the player.
