1. This Promotion is valid only to customers of www.grosvenorcasinos.com who have directly received the offer.
2. The Promotion is available from receipt of this offer until 23:59 UK time on Sunday 3^rd January 2021 (the “Promotional Period”).
3. In order to qualify, customers must opt in to the Promotion on the promotion’s page and stake at least £150 cash on any Casino game to receive a mystery bonus that can be used on any Casino game.
4. Each eligible customer will receive a mystery bonus worth from £5 - £500.
5. The allocation of the bonus is random and the prize is not determined by the amount staked during the Promotional Period.
6. Additionally, all eligible customers will enter a Prize Draw to win £1000 cash prize instead of a bonus.
7. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
8. Only one customer will win £1000 cash following the Prize Draw.
9. £1000 cash will be credited within 3 days from the draw.
10. The Prize Draw and accreditation of the bonus will take place within one week following the end of the Promotional Period. The Promoter will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner however, should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay or postpone the accreditation.
11. Bonus will be credited as a non-withdrawable bonus with thirty times (30x) wager requirements.
12. Customers have 7 days from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
13. Cash stakes on eligible games* will contribute to the wagering requirements of an active bonus.

8. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.
9. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.
10. Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
11. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.

13. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
14. This Promotion is only available on the Website and therefore access to the internet is required to enter the Promotion and to claim a prize.
15. Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.
16. Play on 'free to play' games does not count towards this Promotion.
17. There is no cash or other alternative to the stated or awarded prizes in whole or in part. The prizes are not transferable.
18. Stakes on Poker Games, side games on the Grosvenor Poker client or Sportsbook do not count towards this Promotion.
19. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other GrosvenorCasinos.com offer. Should 2 or more promotions run at the same time, customers will have to fulfil the necessary requirement separately to take advantage of the additional promotion(s).
20. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
22. Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
24. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
25. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

27. The Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
