1. This Promotion is managed by Grosvenor Casino (“The Promoter”).
2. These terms relate to the Grosvenor Casinos “Exclusive Welcome Bonus” promotion (“the Promotion”).
3. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
4. By claiming this offer, the player will no longer be eligible for any other welcome offer.
5. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these specific promotional Terms and Conditions and to our standard terms and conditions.
6. The promotion will be available to claim until 23:59 (UK Time) on 12.02.2023. (the “Promotional Period”).
7. Eligible player must be a new Grosvenor Casino player who has not yet made their first deposit, has been invited via email, SMS or onsite notification and able to view this promotion in the “Promos” section of their account.
8. In order to qualify, eligible players will need to select the offer in the cashier and make their first deposit required for relevant offer:

• • to receive 200% deposit bonus of £10 and 10 Free Spins, player will have to deposit £5
  • to receive 200% deposit bonus of £20 and 20 Free Spins, player will have to deposit £10
  • to receive 200% deposit bonus of £50 and 50 Free Spins, player will have to deposit £25

Casino Bonus

9. The Casino bonus will be available to the player instantly once the player will deposit required amount.
10. Player will have 7 days from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
11. Once the player has claimed this Bonus, they will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the wagering requirements have been met.
12. Maximum bet allowed while playing with bonus will be £5.
13. Maximum amount of bonus conversion into cash will be automatically capped at 10x bonus amount credited:

• • If player will deposit £5 to receive £10 bonus, the maximum amount converted to cash will be capped at £100
  • If player will deposit £10 to receive £20 bonus, the maximum amount converted to cash will be capped at £200
  • If player will deposit £25 to receive £50 bonus, the maximum amount converted to cash will be capped at £500

14. Players can withdraw funds from their Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from their Cash Balance, they will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.

16. The Deposit + Bonus amount needs to be wagered 5 times before any winnings can be withdrawn.

• • To receive a £10 casino bonus, player will need to deposit £5. If a player will deposit more than £5, only £5 will be considered for wagering purposes, the remaining amount will not affect the wagering requirements.
  • To receive a £20 casino bonus, player will need to deposit £10. If a player will deposit more than £10, only £10 will be considered for wagering purposes, the remaining amount will not affect the wagering requirements.
  • To receive a £50 casino bonus, player will need to deposit £25. If a player will deposit more than £25, only £25 will be considered for wagering purposes, the remaining amount will not affect the wagering requirements.

17. If a player will have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by player’s bonus balance.
18. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to player’s cash and Bonus balances.

**Note: Low risk bets on Roulette games: No minimal risk wagering, such as betting both Red and Black on Roulette, will contribute towards any part of a promotion, including Bonus wagering requirements or the accumulation of any points. Free Spins

21. Free Spins will be available on: Shamrock: Money Pot
22. Free Spins value will be 20p per spin.
23. To receive the Free Spins, player will have to launch the Shamrock: Money Pot
24. After accepting Free Spins player will have 24 hours to use them before they expire. 
25. Once Free Spins are awarded, Free Spins will be used before any cash or bonus.
26. Free Spins winnings will be credited to your bonus balance and will need to be wagered 1 time on Shamrock: Money Pot before any withdrawal can be processed.
27. Maximum bet allowed while playing with bonus from Free Spins winnings will be £5.
28. Maximum amount converted from Free Spins winnings into cash after meeting wagering requirements will be capped automatically:

• • If player will receive 10 Free Spins, maximum amount for conversion will be capped at £20
  • If player will receive 20 Free Spins, maximum amount for conversion will be capped at £40
  • If player will receive 50 Free Spins, maximum amount for conversion will be capped at £100

29. Free Spins do not guarantee winnings.

General Terms & Conditions

30. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any player who has already placed a qualifying bet.
31. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
32. Grosvenor reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include, but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws.
33. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor players. Players who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
34. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
35. Players whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
36. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
37. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, the Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. In case the Promotion gets cancelled or amended, this is without prejudice to the player.
