Shopping Voucher Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. The Grosvenor One Prize Draw’ promotion (“the Promotion”) will run from 09:00 on 28/10/19 until 23.59 on 01/12/19 (“the Promotional Period”).
2. Customers who are not registered with Grosvenor Casinos will earn entries into the Prize Draw when they register a Grosvenor One account at Reception.  Details that need to be provided to enter include a valid email address and customers must opt-in to communications.
3. Customers who are already registered with Grosvenor Casinos will earn entries by upgrading to Grosvenor One.  In addition, they must verify their email address is up to date and must opt-in to communications.
4. Entries are limited to one per person, per day when they visit a casino.
5. Entries are limited to one per person, per day when they logon to grosvenorcasinos.com.
6. Grosvenor Casino employees are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
7. Customers who play in casino and on grosvenorcasinos.com will have their number of entries doubled. Even if the customer plays online and in casino on different days.
8. The promotion will close at 23.59 on 01/12/2019.
9. Customers, who have completed actions in points 4 or 5 will be chosen at random to win the following prizes:

2. 1k shopping vouchers
3. £500 shopping vouchers
4. £100 shopping vouchers

10. The prize draw will take place to determine the winners.  This will take place on 04/12/2019.
11. Alternative prizes are not available.
12. The winners will be contacted by email confirming they have won by 07/12/2019.
13. The winners must respond within 7 days from the 7^th December 2019. If the winner doesn’t respond within the 7 days to redeem their prize, Grosvenor Casinos will be obliged to redraw and contact another customer. 
14. This promotional offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offers.
15. Entry is offered subject to availability, legal restrictions and at the discretion of management and are available to over 18s only.
16. By registering, providing a valid email address and opt-in to communication implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
